"I am still speechless that it took 10 Weeks to get a piece of plastic!!!"

I am still speechless that it took 10 yes 10 WEEKS for my small piece of plastic (a stand), that to be perfectly honest you could of make with a 3D printer easily. No assembly/mounting instructions. Overall very disappointed and mislead to. Product 1 out of 5, service delivery times -5 out of 5. Avoid.

"Delighted with my product"

My order arrived today and was well worth the wait! We ordered a case for my sons daily bugle Lego and opted for the background which just finishes the product off.lead time was slightly longer than first mentioned, but understandable when your product is made to order.Order was well packaged,and was easy to assemble,very sturdy when built, we have one very happy boy! Thanks to the wicked brick team!! Already looking forward to our next purchase.

"10 weeks and still waiting"

10 weeks and still waiting, Reviews say excellent quality, but I think that's irrelevant if you never receive the product. Now trying to cancel the order and will prob end going via section 75.

"The overall product is great"

The overall product is great. The only way to show off your legos. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the lead time for the order. Expect to wait at least 2 months.

"Be prepared for a long wait"

Ok, so Wicked Brick delivery window is absolute cr*p. But I gave them the chance and I wasn't disappointed. The Case I ordered was really decent and comes across premium for what you pay. I ordered a wall mounted case display for a 1/6th scale figure and it looks fantastic! I'd highly recommend these guys, however be prepared for a long wait as the delivery status can be well over a month! I did get in contact with them which they did apologize for the unusually long wait, they have said that they're experiencing supplier issues and at the same time an unprecedented influx of orders. These things happen, we move on and hopefully they fix their delivery issues. But rest assured if like me and you got worried about your order. It will come, these guys do deliver a great display!

"No company can survive with 3 month lead times"

Like many others here, I was given a 4 to 6 week lead time for my order (just 1 display case) which I already felt was a little longer than most companies. Indeed, another company I ordered from the same day for different sizes, delivered the following week. 6 weeks later and no communication or updates and no case delivered I enquired as to where it was and got told I should be waiting more like 8 to 10 weeks... I cancelled my order and ordered from somewhere else. While I think these guys are very good at what they do, the lack of urgency, customer care and communication is very poor. While at least they are giving out more accurate delivery dates now in comparison to when I ordered, I can't help but think no matter how good a product a company makes, 3 months wait for it is beyond reasonable. I certainly didn't feel like the product was superior to the others I ordered elsewhere that came within 10 days. I'm sure they will reply to this post, as they have with others saying how sorry they are and that they don't like giving out bad service and how they've changed their policies internally etc etc etc but until they adopt either better production processes that significantly lower their delays from 3 months, no reply really matters. The extra 5 days for the refund can't be helped due to the banks, but it really does rub salt in the wound...

"I just want to say thank you I received…"

I just want to say thank you I received the display case for the Disney castle I can’t be more happier thank you you guys are the best. Took long but I had no problem with them letting me know it was going to take longer than expected but it was worth the wait Love my case. Customer services was great.

"Levering wordt steeds uitgesteld"

Op 25 Januari besteld en nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Op mails die ik het bedrijf gestuurd heb om te vragen wanneer er geleverd gaat worden krijg ik steeds het zelfde antwoord. "Door de drukte loopt uw bestelling 1 a 2 weken vertraging op". Ondertussen krijg ik wel e-mails waar ze hun nieuwe produkten aanprijzen terwijl ze lopende orders niet geleverd krijgen. Dit was mijn eerste en meteen ook de laatste bestelling die ik bij Wicked Brick geplaatst heb.

"Beware!! Takes weeks longer to ship and customer service does not communicate"

Ordered very nice displace case with 7 week lead time for when I needed it. Was told it would take 6 weeks. We are now at week 9 customer service keeps saying 1-3 more weeks. I have not receivved my case, my husbands birthday has long past... I have to email them they never send an update status. So frustrated I am about to cancel my entire order. beware and make sure you allow yourself plenty of extra time if you are brave enough to order

"Good quality stand but slow delivery"

I ordered a stand for Mando's N1 Starfighter (75325) on January 8th and it was my first order with Wicked Brick.

The original estimate for dispatch was 6 weeks but it actually took twice that to arrive. Judging by some of the recent reviews, I wasn't alone in this, and that did start to worry me, but my order was pretty small and for myself, so the delay wasn't a massive issue. If I'd placed a bigger order, or needed it more urgently, then I could understand it leading to complaints.

Despite the wait, I am happy with the quality of the stand. It's made of good quality acrylic and was pretty easy to assemble. I had a bit of difficulty fitting the "stalk" to the base and kind of gave up after wiggling it most of the way in. I'm sure if I persisted I could get it all the way but maybe a mm more variance would help.

A lot of care and attention had been taken to package it appropriately, so that was reassuring, and I like that it arrived with the film still on the acrylic... Something quite satisfying about peeling it off. It also arrived within a couple of days of being dispatched, so no problems there.

All in all, the delay was not ideal, but it is a good quality product and doesn't seem like it was done in a slap dash fashion. I sense they probably took a few more orders than they could manage and that led to unintended delays. Would be better to give a more realistic delivery window up front, that way people know exactly what to expect, and get the choice of placing an order or not. I would order from them again, but probably not straight away.
