"Late and just say sorry…"

As of today I still haven’t received my order, initial order was estimated at 6 weeks, following it up after said 6 weeks - customer service said that they are sorry but it will be 3-5 more weeks! It seems that I will wait 3 months for 2 simple mounts while the customer service only says sorry, and Wicked Brick keeps the money I paid… safe to say I won’t order from them again, I went on the nicer looking more expensive route but I should have listened to the reviews here…

Ordered on the 28th Jan and still waiting. Every time I email they say it’s a few more weeks and they’re sorry! I’m starting to think it’s a scam.

Response to reply - I emailed on Monday and was told I have to wait another 3 weeks. How exactly are you decreasing my wait time, it’s been months!

I had an excellent experience with Wicked Brick. I have ordered the Kallax Display windows and I'm very satisfied with the product.

The windows arrived in good condition and were packed nicely - protecting the windows from any damage which might occur during shipping.

One of the stems broke during installation but after contacting their customer service, they sent me a new one without any problems.

I have ordered a few times, both display cases and stands, and all products have been of superb quality.

My most recent orders have also shipped extremely quickly, much faster than I had expected!

I had one item arrived damaged (presumably due to rough handling by courier), but when I contacted Wicked Brick, a replacement part was sent out immediately, and the staff response was very friendly.

Overall, great experiences from an evidently great company.

What I love about Wicked Brick is the quality of the acrylic cases. Unlike other companies that use thin bases and sides, Wicked Brick cases are solid and really protect your LEGO sets.
Customer service at Wicked Brick is also top notch. The staff are friendly and respond to emails and questions quickly.
I would recommend these cases to anyone looking to protect their LEGO sets on display!
