I wasn't going to leave a review this time, but when the company sent an email offering everyone a chance of winning £100 of vouchers for leaving a review, it would seem churlish not to do so. As an aside, I didn't think incentivising Trustpilot reviews was allowed, but there we are.
This was the second case I bought from Wicked Brick, giving the company a chance to redeem themselves after the fiasco of the Home Alone display case (which took 3 months to resolve) as I really wanted to display the Titanic Lego kit. Well, delivery times were slightly improved, just 6 weeks to arrive this time, and the packaging meant that this time it arrived intact. So far so good. The problems started with the fit - no matter how I placed it, the side panels did not fit into the slots in the base, so a great long piece of perspex on either side was left flapping like a wobble board. Now, bearing in mind this case costs over £200 (yes, you read that correctly, £200) you'd assume that it would fit like a glove. On reporting it I was sent instructions on how to build it - instuctions I'd already had and followed - then was told that it was due to not being on a flat surface, even though I had assembled it on a kitchen counter, and tried it on our very flat indeed wooden floor. In the end I had to resort to putting little squares of cardboard underneath the slots to try to make it fit, and it just looked so bad that in the end I binned the whole thing. £200 completely wasted. I was, indeed, the fool for repeating the mistake of buying a case.

Update April 16th April: company requested my order details, duly provided, nothing more heard from them. Says it all.
