The website is easy to navigate, and the large assortment of different display solutions are fantastic and look amazing. I’ve brought 10 display cases so far and I love them all. One display case I ordered had a broken part so I sent them an email about it and they sent a new part out in just a few days. I’ve had 1 or 2 cases come with chips to the edges of the panels but it’s not bad and it’s easy to bid at the back where no one can see. The only thing I’ll say bad if the delivery time. I’ve ordered 7 at a time and 1 at a time and they do take one hell of a time to arrive but I appreciate they are still growing and I love the products so it’s worth the wait. Overall I would highly recommend this display solution company.

I recently had an accident whilst making my Landrover case and unfortunately broke a couple of parts. After contacting customer relations I was asked to provide photos of the damage and with no quibble whatsoever I received replacement parts in the post a few days later completely free of charge. What a fantastic service and my case is now built and looking immaculate.

Awful service. Been waiting since 2nd January for an order to arrive. I keep getting told it will be another 2-4 weeks. I'm not willing to wait any longer for something I have spent so much money on. I have requested a full refund. I will update on if they actually give money back to people. Avoid this company at all costs. Use idisplayit

So, still waiting for goods to be delivered and still being told how sincere everyone is of the delay. Also how very busy they are and would I reach out to them. HELLO, have you missed the point again? Just deliver on the promises made when you accepted payment. Why does this company keep pumping out the same rhetoric. Stay clear of WB and use a reputable and honest company for your display requirements.

Wicked Brick makes a great product. Probably the best display cases for Lego in the world. I dont understand why they cannot scale up their operations by now? They should have been able to secure extra equipment, space, and manpower by now so that people dont have to wait for 3 months for a display stand. While the product looks great the management team and company owners should be really ashamed and embarrassed with the delivery times. They should just stop taking all orders until they can get the lead time down to 1 week.

"Faulty goods"

Nothing about the item I bought and the customer service was good from being told 4 weeks delivery to finally receiving my order 11 weeks later and after waiting for 12 weeks only to re and inferior item which broke as soon as the model was put on to the stand which wasn’t cheap £249.99 after several emails in which they were refusing to accept the item back I sort legal advise and emailed the company informing them of my intention to take it legal and with a few hours I was offered a full refund on them receiving the item back which they did refund me as a pensioner £249.99 was a lot of money to lose

"Defender Wicked Bricks Display Case"

I received a Lego Defender for Christmas and after making it, thought it was too good to leave sitting around. Friends recommend a Wicked Bricks display case, after my initail search, I was put off by the cost. I eventually bit the bullet and purched a case with background backdrop. It took a while to arrive, but man... it was worth the wait. What a well made and designed display case.

The Lego model fits pefectly and it makes the whole thing look great.

Great product well made, well done Wicked Bricks.

"Absolutely horrendous"

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered a set for my partner before Christmas and was told it would be coming in time. Come the end of December and I have had no email and nothing to say my parcel had even been dispatched??!!!! I tried emailing but, nothing?? Fast forward to now and I’ve only just got an email to say that it’s been dispatched and it’s on its way to me?? Don’t use this company if you don’t want to be waiting almost 3 months for your parcel.

I’m so disappointed with this company that have the time to send a ridiculous amount of sales emails & come up with new products but not to actually fulfil orders placed months ago.

I ordered knowing it would be 6 weeks - no problem with that at all. Got an email at the 7 week mark to say my order wouldn’t be shipped for another 6 weeks. I have ZERO confidence that would be the case after seeing other people’s reviews.

I ordered 3 cases & had plans to spend a lot more but the customer service and after sales here is worse than rubbish. I asked for my money back and haven’t even had an apology email just my money sent back with no explanation.

I’ll be going to their direct competitor instead & I’ll also be contacting Lego. They should be aware of the companies they associate with.

If you can’t cope with the amount of orders stop taking them!
