"Firstly i have to say the one thing…"

Firstly i have to say the one thing that let's this company down is their lead time, i can't believe in this day and age that anyone would expect to wait soo long to receive an order.

That said i would happily give them 5 Stars for their product's, i have a few stand's for my UCS lego set's and this was my first purchase of a display case for my sons Stranger Things Upside Down set and i have to say the quality is fantastic.

Instructions were abit of a let down but the delivery and packaging were great.

All in all a really great, step above the rest product that i wouldn't hesitate to order again from but 6-8 weeks is way too long

"A company that lacks any form of…"

A company that lacks any form of communication, coupled with products that they take weeks to source from their suppliers leads to one of the worse experiences ever buying a product. Given that these are simple plastic products the thought they won't reach me for 3 months with still no confirmed date is a shambles. Will not be buying products from them for my other lego products

"Please read before you buy!!!"

Please read before you buy!!!! I wish I had seen this before making my 2 orders.. 1st in Dec / 2nd early Jan.. I was prepared to wait up to 6 weeks as mentioned when ordering. Customer care is a bit of a joke as due to the lead times asked if could combine my orders which they refused.. so checking in to see if my orders are due to go out and now being told another 4-6 on my 1st and 5-7weeks for my 2nd orders!! Find this company very much a joke and run by cowboys.. take your money with very little intention to inform you of delays whilst taking on new orders they can't fulfil.. at the end of the day its a perspex sheet you screw together but you would think your getting a custom kitchen made with these lead times! Extremely poor! Avoid....

I have placed several orders with Wicked Brick and I am extremely satisfied with their products and have found their customer service to be outstanding. One of my orders had the wrong panels, so I reached out to their customer service and they replied within 48 hours. After exchanging a few photos with Patarina H., the correct parts were on their way within several days. I recently lost one of my information plaques for one of my display boxes and Wicked Brick is sending a replacement at no additional charge. I have seen a lot of reviews concerning the time frame of delivery, but I assure you, the quality of these products is well worth the wait.

Another customer let down by lead time.

As others have said, ordered and given a 6 week lead time which would have been 9th January 2023. As the order was for me, I didn't mind waiting until after Christmas.

Contacted CS on 6th January to confirm date. They replied on 10th and I was told an additional 18-19 working days, so 4 weeks.
They blamed strikes in the UK for the delay but, as far as I can tell, no one who was striking would have affected their supply chain.

Contacted customer service 30th January to confirm delivery this week and have not heard anything back.

Order status is still unfulfilled under My Account.

The whole thing can be improved with a bit more transparency. Just keep your customers in the loop and I assure you that they will be a lot more understanding than being kept in the dark.

I received my order on 15th February which is 11 weeks after placing my order. I've adjusted my score from 1 star to 3 stars as the order was well packaged and it is a quality product. Alas, Trustpilot isn't for reviewing products but Companies, I am unable to score higher at this time.

"Great customer service!"

Accidentally ordered the wrong version of the Millennium Falcon stand but contacted customer service immediately to try to modify my order. After a few correspondence the order was modified and the correct stand is on its way to me! So greatful they were able to make the change so I didn’t have to pay to ship the wrong one back to England.

"Beautiful display case"

The display case really adds value to the already great Lego McLaren F1. It's well made and well packed. A fair amount of work to put it together (and unwrap the protection of the plastic) but not difficult at all. Love it, would recommend it and if I would need another case, I'd definitely buy it here again. Too bad about so many negative reviews just on shipping time. The product is great and that's what counts to me.

"Need to know information"

SO, the only reason they get 1 stars and not ZERO is because the product is okay. Unfortunately the customer service and HORRIBLY LONG wait time is ridiculous. I ordered November 27, 2022 and today January 30, 2023 it still hasn't shipped. This is my second time using them. First time I also had a horrible time with the wait, when I reached out to them they said it was not the normal circumstances, I got a 10% coupon and gave them another chance. NOT WORTH IT! I can will never use them again. I did not order a brand new car or some super custom piece of equipment. This is pi ss poor service. There are other businesses that offer the same products.

"Don’t waste your money"

Don’t waste your money, ordered products 8 1/2 weeks ago, still not shipped. Customer service is also terrible, standard responses. There are other companies with good alternatives.

"10 weeks for delivery then it’s broke!!"

Waited nearly 10 weeks for delivery Land Rover box and then it turns up with a part broken. Got to wait now until the company decide to get back to me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. product will be returned!
