"Don’t bother ordering!!"

Ordered in November. Only told after ordering that it would be 4-6 weeks and it was a Christmas present. I have had to chase twice so far and now I’m being told it’s going to be another 2/3 weeks. Crap customer service, takes days to get back to you and no resolution at all.

"Great Product, Dissapointing Service"

Unfortunately, the great quality products are let down by the awful shipping times and sometimes expensive price tags.

It really is disappointing to have a shipping time of 6 weeks (at the time I placed my order) but they do make it clear before you order of this 6 week timeframe. What is unacceptable is to add additional time onto this (almost another month!) after this 6 week has passed. Also, you don't get notified of this. You have to contact them and ask why your order hasn't shipped within the time they stated at time of order.

Most companies have a back stock of product that can ship as soon as an order is placed. Then if it runs out its stated as "Out of stock" on the website until more stock is ready to ship. This is the system Wicked Brick should adopt. Or, they should not take payment until they are ready to "manufacture" and ship an order. To take a customer's money and then take months to ship an order really is bad customer service especially when you don't notify the customer of any updates!

On top of this I do feel some of these products are unreasonably priced. If buying a display case for a LEGO set for example the cost of the display case is not far off the cost of the actual LEGO set itself!

Over all, great quality products although expensive, but a very bad business model.

"Great customer service"

Great customer service. Reviews below probably don’t reflect the fact that the customer never bothered to contact WB about order status. I learned that there are many conditions which may affect lead time on order production, some of which are out of WB’s control. If you have a question, then send an email to customer service! They respond in a timely manner and I don’t blame them if it might take an extra day or two because of a holiday — they’re humans like me!!! I highly rate WB! Not to mention great quality on products!

"Defective display case for Xmas"

Received a display case for Xmas. When put together on Xmas day the top panel didn't fit the rest of the case. Emailed the company, they told me because the product was bought more than 30 days ago I'd have to pay postage for a replacement. I received the item as a Christmas present. Not the resolution I was expecting. Suggest you buy your display elsewhere.

Order arrived a couple of weeks after ordering. The case was very well built, feeling solid and fitting together perfectly. I would not heistate in ordering again.

I ordered a case a year ago for the Lego Hogwarts castle, a big purchase deserved to be well displayed. No issues, arrived on time, quality was exceptional with the vinyl being pre-applied and nice touches such as their logo being laser etched on to the assembly blocks.
Having bought another display piece (Lego NES) I decided to purchase another case.
Unfortunately this time it has become apparent they’ve made some cost cutting in order to try and keep up with demand which is also not working.
Delivery was past the ETA (not related to strikes/Xmas period as I received this a lot earlier in the year, just didn’t have a chance to build the Lego until now), the assembly blocks no longer have the etching and have a moulding/machining line evident through them all and the vinyl was not pre attached which meant an additional 15 minutes of assembly scraping air bubbles to the edge of the Perspex which I eventually gave up on and accepted the smallest as being likely not visible once assembled (thankfully I was correct)
I will be emailing the company to explain my disappointment and it is likely that I will look elsewhere for my next display case.

"Totally incorrect lead times"

Ordered 25th November website stated up to 6 weeks till delivery, my order would be due Friday. As I had no update I emailed asking for delivery due date. I was advised the lead time calculator states that we expect to ship your order out in 2-3 working weeks. I asked why another 2-3 weeks just to ship so basically another month to arrive? I’m advised all lead times are estimated, unfortunately due to the sheer amount of orders we are processing from that weekend there are delays ongoing.
I have requested a refund and await a response

Thought I'd update. Had an email that lead time had been extended by another 3 weeks. I'd honestly say the company needs to stop orders for now. It will wreck your business.

Case arrived. In fairness it is an exceptional case. Really really good. Some of the under base was a bit damaged like edge scrapes but no way was I sending it back after all this time and it can't be seen. Total time from order to delivery was more like 10 weeks.

Can't give 5 star because of the scrape and extremely long time to wait

"Poor quality"

Was promised a lead time of 6 weeks, waited over 8 weeks but thought nothing more of it, when it finally arrived display case was a nightmare to assemble so much so i gave up, stands aren't much better as the pieces either don't fit or fit poorly and printed background is nothing more than a giant sticker which you have to apply yourself and only get one off, suffice to say i won't be using this company again

"BEST Lego Display Company Period!"

If you have any Lego's you want to display, buy them from here! Quality of work is absolutely incredible. I have received so many compliments about this display case! Lead/production time was 6 weeks from the date of my order as stated prior to purchase. HUGE THANKS to the shipping/packaging team! I live in Massachusetts USA and my packaged arrived in PERFECT condition. I am so happy that I ordered 3 more display cases. As a side note, I had emailed them, and response time from them was 3 days, and that was during Christmas. Thank you, Wicked Brick crew, for an awesome product!
