"Incredibly slow with orders, be prepared to wait lots of months"
Incredibly slow with orders as is evident with other reviews. Ordered 6 weeks ago when there was an estimated delivery time of 6 weeks, now being told it will take another 6 weeks. How can customers be expected to double the time whilst having had no communication in between. Their priorities seem to be in the wrong place as I receive marketing email almost daily yet they seem to be unable to deliver simple orders in a timely manner

Just had an email, around 5 weeks after placing my order, that it will be another 3-6 weeks. Very apologetic, working on reducing lead times, blah blah blah. If I’d have known the lead times, I never would have placed the order.

"Two months and no news neither product yet"
Two months, still no news and no product. I don´t understand why they are doing this to themselves. Is an expensive store, a brilliant idea, and the worst execution I ever see. Don´t bother trying to call them. Fingers cross, I still have hope to receive the product.

DO NOT ORDER !!! They are not transparent about their lead time ( 6 weeks) read the other reviews ... now 7 weeks in and no info as to shipping . Make excuses ( Black Friday was busy ?!? .. I ordered on 1st jan) and then have the audacity to say that their production team are working sooo hard ... even on the WEEKEND !!! Well they ought to be working 24/7 to catch up ... yet they still bombard you with marketing emails . I got a refund as I won't get my case in time for my dads birthday , and am in touch with Lego , as they are bringing their name into disrepute.

"6 week lead time, oh no. Communication oh no. Garbage"
Lead time advertised as 6 weeks, actually more than double that. No proactive communication to advise of delays. Failed to reply to a follow up email asking when it would be ready, just sent a shipping notification 2 days later.
I will use someone else for Lego display stands in the future.

Quoted 6 weeks lead time (for a piece of plastic!). 7 weeks later they are now saying 3-5 working weeks. Not sure which weeks are non working but ridiculous.
Won’t be buying from them again.

"What a waste of time and money"
What a waste of time and money. I bought 2 wall mount display cases for the LEGO Speed Champions Cars, One 8 Car Display Case and One 12 Car Display Case along with the Ray the Castaway Case and I got a free mini figure stand. I got the 12 Car cae for myself and the 8 car case for the Grandson. I ordered them the beginning of November in hopes I would have them for Christmas. The cases showed up after Christmas. Ok, I can wait to give it to my Grandson on my next visit. He lives 4 hours away and I work a lot of hours. So, I finally got around to opening the box a couple days ago so we could go see the Kids and Grandkids this weekend. When I opened the box there were plastic parts bubble wrapped and and lots of loose hardware and pieces in the box. Then I checked the packages and found I had the hardware to build the Ray the Castaway Case and the 12 Car Case but no hardware or all of the Car Lable Stands. Ok, my fault for not opening the box when I received it and checking the contents. I build the Ray the Castaway Case and it's fantastic. I went to build the 12 Car Case and what a hunk of junk. The pieces aren't Square to each other, it's so tight that the screw mounts broke off trying to fit 3 pieces together to install the shelves. The Wall Mount Slots don't go through all 3 pieces that have to be put together for strength. There is no real instructions on how they are supposed to built. It's all trial and error. Too bad the error part really screws up the case. I Would Not Recommend This Product To Anyone. Save your money and just buy a really small vacuum and shelves from Home Depot or Lowe's!!

It’s been two months since we placed our order and not only we havent received it, we dont have an estimated delivery date. Never again!

I love their cases! They are designed perfectly for each individual piece and are gorgeous. Customer service is also top notch!

UPDATE: I received my order on 13th February. However, one piece was the wrong item sent, the other was broken/faulty. They state that you must inform them of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. I have tried to contact them over the last week and have not had a reply. So not only do they lie about their lead times, they also deliver the wrong item and faulty items and fail to respond when you raise this issue with them. I will have to raise the issue to my credit card company due to Wicked Brick's lack of response.
I would love to review a product, but can only review the company itself.
I ordered on 27th November 2022. I was told a 6-week lead time. It has been 11 weeks and I still have not received any of my £400 order. I have not been informed of any delays, other than when I query when I will receive my order.
After chasing them, I have been given the following lead times:
13th Jan - 2-3 weeks.
2nd Feb - 2-3 days.
7th Feb - some time within next week.
8th Feb - we are working hard to get your order to you.
So 11 weeks of waiting, and still no more wiser for when I will receive my order.
I would strongly suggest that you either look elsewhere, and save your time.
Regardless of how good a product is, no product is worth this amount of additional stress.
