"Constantly pushing back delivery times - avoid!!"
I ordered a case just under 10 weeks ago. At the time, it said 6 weeks lead time on their website.
7 weeks passed with no update. I emailed them, only to be told it would be another 2-4 weeks. After another 2 weeks, I enquired again, and was told it would be shipped in 4-6 business days. We are now 7 business days on from that and still nothing.
To top it off, they sent me an email last week to say that another order I placed a few weeks after the above one, will be delayed for 3-6 weeks. That one too said a 6 week lead time, so should be here by now. 12 weeks lead time for a display case is crazy.
Avoid this company like the plague. They claim to be doing everything they can to reduce lead times but the lead times just get longer and longer. In addition, they are constantly launching new products when they can't even deliver on existing orders.
Go with one of their competitors, such as iDisplayit, who have much shorter lead times (3-5 weeks) that they actually keep to.

"the customer care that everyone would like"
Customer Care Rating: 10+1! I'll tell you why. Upon receipt of the order, unfortunately two panels were broken and one scratched (most likely while cutting the plexiglass plate). Most likely the main damage was attributable to the courier. Unfortunately, I didn't immediately notice that the box was damaged and I didn't have the readiness to "accept the delivery with reserve". Without much hope, I wrote to Wicked Brick customer service to ask if there was any kind of insurance. They asked me to provide the dimensions of the panels in order to be able to accurately identify the damaged ones and to send a photo of the damaged packaging and they insisted on also replacing the scratched panel (I had decided to not ask a replacement of it since the scratch was in a barely visible position). On the occasion, I also provided a suggestion on how to improve the packaging to avoid damage during transport, especially international transport. After just over a week I received the damaged panels at home, including the scratched one, with my packaging suggestion, all completely free. I can assure you that if it had happened in Italy the company would have driven me crazy to provide "proof" and in the end I would not have solved the problem. Many thanks again to all the Wicked Brick team and keep working with this professionalism because it's the right way!

"Worth the wait? Spoiler…Yes it is!"
It’s sad to see so many negative reviews so I’m going to come to Wicked Brick’s defence. I’ve ordered off them 5 times now. Yes it takes a long time to receive the product (2 months) but it’s worth the wait. Order well in advance and just chill. It will arrive when it arrives. I tend to order display cases for sets I’ve not yet built. The product, design and quality is the best on the market.

"Great product, very poor service"
Have ordered of Wicked Brick several times and every time delivery has been weeks/months AFTER quoted shipping times! This is not because of recent problems as this seems to have been their standard procedure for years now. It galls me that they take your money straight away and then you have to wait up to 3 months for what you’ve already paid for! (delivery charge is also not cheap!)
Customer service will reply, but offer no help other then a generic response, similar to what these reviews receive! There is never an offer of any type of compensation or future discount despite the fact they have broken their customer contract.
Probably the most annoying thing about Wicked Brick is that their products are actually very good and if they could deliver orders anywhere close to their specified time, I would be giving them a five star review!

"100% let down, 0% transparancy."
This company is such a joke, at the moment of writing this review 10 weeks have already passed. I was promised approximately 6 weeks and when contacting "wheresmyorder@" or "enquiries@" by email they either give you very little information (probably copy paste to all their customers) or just ignore your email completely.
It's both funny and very sad that they actively invest in designing new products and creating campaigns on their social media to generate more disappointed customers, and not to forget that they remove negative comments about delivery time under their posts (red flag).
In the future I would 100% stay away from this company, huge let down and they betrayed my trust.

"Purchase if you want an extended lead time…"
Purchased a display case at the start of January and was informed the lead time would be 6 weeks - as per their website’s dedicated lead time page. It’s now nearing the end of February & I’ve had no communication apart from the multiple emails I have sent chasing my order. I received a reply this week stating my order would be a further 6 weeks. This will be 12 weeks if they stick to this ‘new’ lead time - this isn’t good enough. Especially as they haven’t kept me (the paying customer informed). Quick to take the money from the paying customer but don’t appear to deliver the goods. Shame really as the display cases look good quality - I guess I’ll be the judge if my order ever arrives…

"Customer service is a joke"
Absolute joke, ordered 3 display cases from them at a cost of nearly £500, and was initially told of a 4-6 week lead time, had a few emails from them stating 4-6 weeks, this then passed no communication from them at all. Went on website by chance which they had then updated to say 6-8 weeks, deadline fast approaching, wife manages to actually speak with a real person, I think the stars must be aligned, said person checks our order number and have now been told it's at least another 3 weeks at a minimum before our order is dispatched! They are quick enough to take your money yet very slow with information regarding your order. Will not order from them again, looking at other companies now before getting a refund
UPDATE 16/03 - So finally received 1 out of our 3 items we ordered, tracked the other 2 with DHL who say that they only collected 1 box from WB, WB say they sent 3 speak to DHL, DHL say speak to WB you can see a pattern here! Wife spoke with WB again no-one seems to know where our order is, WB will not issue a refund as the "order is fulfilled" (newsflash, its not if you don't have the goods which you paid for over 3.5 months ago!) No apology apart from the party line "we're really busy" BS everyone gets fed. Now waiting on a call from WB before closing to see if they have a solution, I'm not going to hold my breath. At present we are now £370 out of pocket. Will be emailing Lego HQ about WB to let them know exactly the type of company they are letting affiliate with their good name.

"What lead time?"
I’ve ordered from this company twice and both times they have failed to meet their lead times, but even worse is that they never contacted me to let me know. I had to chase them.
Shocking service.
I will be ordering from Idisplayit next time as they do keep to their lead times.
