"Excellent Customer Support"

Yes, the delivery times are quite long, although mine proved to be an accurate 6 weeks. After opening, two corners were broken, due to rough handling (DHL) After contacting Customer Support (Patarina H) asked me for photo's and within 2 days the replacement parts were on their way.

"Zero stars!"

Zero stars!

During the ordering process it does not tell you how long shipping will take. Place an order then get an email stating it will be 6 weeks! If these items are made to order it should specify that. Still no item received after 6 weeks so i cancelled my order for a full refund. Very annoying because I didn’t want to start my Lego build until the case came for it so I’ve wasted a lot of time to not even receive my case.

Avoid at all costs!

"STAY AWAY"

I ordered something before Christmas. They said it was going to take 6 weeks for delivery. That’s absurd but I wanted the stand so I got it anyway. After 6 weeks went by and still no shipping I contacted them. They told me I need to wait another 3-4 weeks for my item to be shipped. Not even delivered just shipped. So in total they expected me to wait 10+ weeks for a single item. The customer service was also horrendous. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time

"Titanic problem Fixed!"

So I was hesitant to buy from an overseas company, I’m in the USA and of course Wicked Brick is in the UK. I really didn’t see any better options in the states, so I pulled the trigger on a really big order- six cases total. I ordered during a sale, but for some reason the discount was not applied originally. I emailed the good folks at Wicked Brick, and they refunded the difference, so good experience on the front end. My initial order was in June, and came in five separate boxes, and included a case for the titanic Lego set that I was giving my son for Christmas. Needless to say, I had no intention of opening the case before he got the gift. I put away the largest of the five boxes, assuming it contained the titanic case. When Christmas came, I opened up the box and was dismayed to find it only included a case for one of the other sets I had purchased.(I had assumed both cases were in the same box, because it was so large) I contacted customer service again, and after a short investigation, they were able to determine that DHL had lost the titanic case box. They promptly sent me out a new one free of charge. All in all, a wonderful experience and a first class product.

"Avoid this company - NO STARS"

I would have given them no stars, but that’s not an option.

The order process is straight forward. Everything after that is shocking. No customer service support at all.

I ordered a lego display case from them over 9 weeks ago, being told at the time the lead time was 4-6 weeks. After sending 5 separate responses via the contact form on their website and receiving 4 “the current lead time is 4-6 weeks” responses, I have finally been told the box will be with me in “less than 14 days”, 3 months after placing the order!!!!

No one will speak to you or even have the curtesy of replying barring a “copy/paste” stick email.

"Awesome"

Great company! The quality of their products is phenomenal and they package securely as well. I had a small mishap on my end of breaking a part of one of my stands. They were quick to remedy the issue with a replacement part.

My only issue is their long wait times to get the products made. I am in the US so I was quoted 6-8 weeks. It was a pain to have to wait so long but in the end it was outlined from the start. They delivered within the promised window so although annoying to have to wait, it was worth it. If you order from them, just expect the wait and be patient and you’ll be happy in the end!

Overall, wicked bricks is a great company to work with, just in the US have some patience :)

"Shipping times"

I have not received my order yet but slightly concerned now I have seen the comments about the quality of the products. My issue is with the shipping times. I was under the impression this would be 6 weeks as per the websites statement. However, after contacting the company for a update, i was told it would be 9 weeks. This is a extremely long lead in time for items to be sent, regardless that they are made to order.

"You need an engineering degree to put it together!"

The product arrived well packaged and looked sturdy. But there are terrible instructions we basically had to go on their website and zoom in to try and figure it out. We got a stand for a Lego model and the pieces are so tight we couldn’t get them into the base and they have now snapped so are useless. What we were so excited about and looked so promising has been a terrible waste of money. We didn’t mind the wait as it’s made to order but when you need an engineering degree to guess how to put it together and when you email them and get no reply in 48 hours like they say on their website. It’s all very disappointing.

"Where is this shipped from? The moon?!"

I can only assume that some of the 5 star reviews below are false to bump up ratings. I don’t know how any real person can give five stars after such a long delivery time.

I ordered a display podium for mini figures for my nephew who has an enormous collection. It was expensive considering (let’s be honest) it’s a moulded lump of plastic. The mark up must be huge!! But Lego is also expensive and my nephew loves it so I’m used to that and don’t mind.

My complaint is not really with the price, it’s with the lead time. First of all I ordered on the 1st of December and no sooner did the money leave my account than I found out it wouldn’t arrive until mid January. Now it does tell you on the website (if you look for it) that lead times are long..lots of apologies etc. But nowhere does it tell you that during the actual ordering process!! Now that wouldn’t be a hard thing to do, to flag that to the customer at the time they are engaged in the sale. Most online shops do. But not Wicked Bricks, no. Because of course that would put off customers. People would cancel orders.

Unfortunately I had to just explain to my young nephew on Christmas Day that his present hadn’t arrived yet. He was very understanding because he is a lovely boy. I showed him a picture of it and he’s very excited to get it. But because of that I now feel like I can’t cancel the order. I am now 6 weeks in and no sign of it. Not even a peep to tell me it will be later. Plenty of spam marketing into my email inbox but nothing about my order. And to add insult to injury I was bombarded with their “Christmas countdown” touting products they must have known wouldn’t get to people by Christmas.

I have ordered from international companies that have come faster. I can only imagine they are shipping this from the Moon where it is being carefully handcrafted by space elves for it to take this long!

I sincerely hope this is decent quality.

I have emailed customer services but based on the reviews below, I don’t expect great things.
