"WARNING! Orders may take longer than suggested"

Seriously consider ordering from this company. Unexplained delays and could not be bothered for an update, even when asked. Cannot control production, took me three months to get a product that didn't even go together properly. The worst part is the company says you can return it if disatsified only if it's unopened. Not even sure how this could work. It's not bespoke, it totally "be broke"
Update: emailed the organization with my frustrations, they responded with a refund for my time and have reassured me their lead times are back under control

Amazing products, amazing service. Very slow lead time, expect 6-8 weeks! But if you’re not in any rush then it’s worth the wait. Excellent display cases, honestly the quality is awesome, never worry about dusting your pride and joy dust magnet Lego sets again. I’ve always chosen the cases with a back ground picture included because when they really show off the Lego sets, and with some snazzy led lighting look majestic. Construction is easy, pretty basic but very effective. One of my recent purchases was unfortunately slightly damaged, how I don’t know because the packaging is pretty bombproof, but these things happen. Pretty annoying after an 8 week wait, the damage was minimal and reported as soon as I discovered it. A replacement part was made and sent out by overnight courier, can’t say fairer than that! Great, friendly service, what more do you want. These cases aren’t cheap, but the quality is incredible, well worth the wait.

The display case for Titanic arrived today and was easily built within a hour!
We found the instructions very easy to follow - it isn't rocket science, just need to use common sense, so really doesn't matter that the instructions are fairly basic.
Yes, I have had to wait for it since ordering at beginning of February but Wicked Bricks had been recommended to me by colleagues who have previously purchased from them so I knew it was a legitimate company, and they clearly state that items are made to order in chronological order from date of order. To be honest, I haven't even quite finished building the model yet even though I started on Boxing Day, so I didn't really want delivery before now. For me, the wait was certainly worthwhile. Everything has been precision cut to fit precisely and the seascape background is the perfect finishing touch for the model.
I will definitely be ordering a case for Tower Bridge when that gets rebuilt later this year.

Such long wait times. They do tell you in fairness to them but I ordered an item 3rd week in February and is now may and still no item. This has now been 10 weeks and have now been told it may be another two. Hopefully item worth the wait

"WICKED BRICK IS A FRADULENT COMPANY"

Purchased the Titanic display case (over 500.00 USD) in the beginning of February. Is now May (3 months) and still NO product. After contacting Wicked Brick in March, I was told there was a supply chain issue and it would be 3 more business weeks (end of April) and my product would ship. Hence it has NOT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I have filed international fraud charges against this company. As well, I have contacted my bank and working on reversing the large amount of money this company has received from me and bank will be adding additional charges to my case against them. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!! From the reviews, its 50/50 if you ever get your product from them. STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH WICKED BRICK UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GET EXCUSES!!

"Late Delivery but Woeful Instructions"

Delivery was massively late, had to chase a couple of times.

When item eventually arrived, the standard of the product is actually very good, good quality Perspex, printed background is awesome.

BUT, the instructions are WOEFUL, basic& generic. After spending over £200 you’d expect something a lot better, Even if they identified each part would help.

"Great Products and Customer Service"

I have ordered a number of items (all Lego display cases) over the last 3 years and I am delighted with each and every item. The products are of high quality, easy to assemble, look great and are packaged really securely for delivery, I’ve never had a damaged order (18-20 items)! The only down side and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review is the delivery time. Orders over the years have taken anything from 4 to 8 weeks with one order taking 12. However, to counter that, the customer service is excellent and on the occasions I’ve contacted them they’ve been really helpful and friendly. I’m running out of display space but that won’t put me off ordering!

"I purchased a case for 6 mini figures…"

I purchased a case for 6 mini figures at the Star Wars celebration - I was told that I could use this for my 20th anniversary mini figures. When I opened the packaging (without peeling anything off) I noticed immediately that this would not be ok for the anniversary figures. I contacted Wickedbrick immediately and asked if I could return it to them and exchange it for the correct case. They would not exchange the item and, despite the fact that I was miss-sold the case, they would not cover the cost of the return so that I could purchase the correct case! I didn't ask for a refund, I was more than happy to purchase the correct item, I just wanted them to cover the return cost which I think is the bare minimum they should offer. I have been a returning customer for 2 years now but I certainly won't be returning anymore! Wicked Brick you need to work on your customer relations!

"Terrible Odor to Case"

I ordered my display case at the end of January. It arrived at the end of April. When it arrived it had a VERY strong chemical odor. So strong that I could not leave it out of the box without feeling sick. I have ordered many display cases from various companies over the years and never experienced this before. I reached out to Wicked Brick and they said I can return the item but I must pay for the return shipping. I live in the US and this would be very pricey. I reached back out to them and have still not heard back. Not sure why I should be responsible for return shipping on a defective product.
