Received my Disney Castle case and it looks incredible!
The wait was a bit long, but honestly I had forgotten I’d ordered it so it was a nice surprise getting the “your order has shipped” email!
The quality makes up for the wait as I know this product has been specially made with care.
Will definitely be ordering again!

"Fantastic customer service"
We ordered a large display case with stand and light speed background for our sons Millennium Falcon, unfortunately when checking the pieces on arrival noticed that the front piece had a crack in it, I called Wicked Brick customer service helpline and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady called Karen who first apologised for the case arriving damaged.
Karen then asked me to email her a couple of photos of the damaged piece and a photo of the box it came in along with our order number, Karen said that a replacement piece would be sent out and we should receive it within 7 days.
Karen sent a confirmation email back to me within 30 minutes confirming everything and sure enough the replacement piece arrived 4 days later.
Our Sons Millennium Falcon is now in its display case and it looks absolutely amazing.
This is the 2nd display case we have purchased from Wicked Bricks in the last 12 months and even though these bespoke cases take a few weeks to be made and delivered they are definitely worth the wait.

Poor Customer service. Ridiculous lead times from order to delivery. Overpriced over marketed and over designed.
Have been a loyal customer that has spent a small fortune with Wicked Brick. Not that how much a customer spends should determine the level of service, but when you are ordering all limited editions and special promo/new releases and that company keep taking your money but aren’t fulfilling your order, it feels criminal. Having to wait nearly 3 months for a product that granted is made to order, but is not bespoke is not acceptable.
It seems that wicked brick are content in operating with those model, even years after the excised of covid and needing more machinery to cope with orders, have passed.
If you can’t keep up with the orders - then stop advertising so much. Simple.
Over promise and under deliver seems to be way.
I have given this feedback before but same old automated response seems to be given. So I showed my dissatisfaction in the most powerful way a customer can - put my money elsewhere.
Luckily for me and other customers there are other companies coming into this market place and have more options to go with.
Such a shame. I don’t like leaving these types of reviews as was a very happy customer of wicked brick, once upon a time. But they seem to think it’s ok to keep letting their customers down. So they only have themselves to blame for their poor ratings on here.

"8 weeks on from ordering two cases…"
8 weeks on from ordering two cases (ordered 19th May), no communication and no cases. Granted it said at time of ordering 6-8 weeks for dispatch, but now at the top end of that time window, and nothing from WickedBrick, either in the form of product or communication. Sent a message via their "support" button, but no response. They really need to work on their Customer Service skills and keep people informed when there are such long lead times on products. Doubt I will order from them again, and may well look to my Card company for a charge back if I receive no communcication from WickedBrick in the near future. If this review generates a response on here from them it will no doubt be one there generic responses evident to so many other reviews here.

Okay so it takes a while to arrive but the website was upfront about this saying 6 to 8 weeks and it arrived within that timeframe so no complaints there. The quality of the product is clear and although one piece had to be replaced - this was done quickly and efficiently by Patraina in customer services only taking a few days to arrive. Very pleased with the product but more so with the level of customer service. If it had arrived perfect it would have been 5 stars.

"Over 9 weeks since ordering and no updates."
I have to echo the experience of other shoppers here. I ordered two stands for two basic sets which, after ordering, I found out the estimated shipping time was 6-8 weeks. I wasn't that much in a rush but I'm now just over 9 weeks since I made this order and I've not had a single communication update. The contact us function doesn't work on the order site - the email provide is a no reply one. I've tried calling, leaving messages. I've had to resort to raising a request a full refund from my credit card company.

It took a very long time to get the display but it was stated in the description so there is no point to complain.
The customer service was really fast to answer my questions and always very friendly.
The item is a masterpiece (Rivendell limited edition case). Perfect conditions and precision of the parts.
100% happy overall.

Such bad customer service like everyone else I ordered a case for the space shuttle as at the time BOXXCO hadn't developed one, I have now waited far longer than the time stated for my order now BOXXCO do a case and guarantee delivery in just 2weeks!!!!!!! Wicked Brick you should be ashamed of yourself taking our money and NOT delivering as promised even within such a long lead time. I will NEVER use nor recommend your company. and now I guess with this review you'll make me wait even longer for my order
