"Rapid replacements always help after breaking stuff!!"

After receiving my shelves for my Kallax unit I started to construct them, sadly my big mitts broke a crucial part of them.
I contacted them via email and Paterina swiftly sent out replacement parts. They arrived much quicker than I expected and now my display unit is complete!
Great customer service!

"UCS Millennium Falcon Stand"

Bought a UCS Millennium Falcon stand. Delivery was very quick and the stand went together well. I used the YouTube video as a guide to make sure I was doing it right. The Falcon sits on the stand perfectly and looks fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Excellent products

Some people seem to be complaining about the lead time, but this is clearly stated on the website, and when I enquired I got an immediate response.

The final product itself is wonderful, easy to put together, and brilliantly made.

I will be buying from here again.

"Rapid response on replacing broken stand piece."

Found one of my stands that had been in storage for two years had a broken piece. Emailed and Patarina had a response within an hour on how to order the piece. The whole process I was updated regularly. The piece shipped within two days and arrived very well packaged. I wish more people had this level of customer service. Many thanks!

"Never ordering of these again"

Never ordering of these again, wish I had read the reviews first, no communication, I have ordered things from China and they have come quicker, they’re contact us email is a no reply email address, they rely back on here saying give us your order number but there is no way to, just avoid its a waste of time, need to close up shop and restart

"2 out of 3 times wrong product"

Fist Order wen`t well, second Order we got the wrong pieces and now the third order we didn`t get whats promised on the pictures, they changed the product but the pictures indicated otherwise. Now we are stuck with a Display which we paid for which isn`t as we want it to be, the only thing the customer service told us is that they are sorry and it still fuctions the same...I really can`t recommend the service anymore.

Long delay in shipping (over two months) no comms. Utterly useless.

And when you click “contact us” the link opens up an email to a ‘no reply @wb’ which ends up with this as an email response;

Bought a millenium falcon display case from them
First of all I cancelled the order after nearly 3 months of paying it.....still hasn't arrived and contacted them saying that they still have to finish it!!! How hard can it be to do a plastic case with a sticker on the back ? 3 moths ? Barely responsive such a bad costumer experience I would never recommend buying from them!!!

"Severe delays, poor communication."

So I ordered a few Star Wars related products around May 4th from various companies (which was silly knowing there would be delays). However, I was happy to wait the advised 6-8 weeks.

8 weeks past, and I was yet to receive my order, or any update on the delays. I contacted Wicked Brick myself and they came back and advised a 1-3 working week estimate. Which I was thankful for.

3 working weeks past and once again, no update and no order. I emailed them again and was advised 3-5 working days. Tomorrow will be the 5th working day, and to be truthfully honest I am not expected good news.

I can understand the delays due to demand, however I’ve had dealings with other Star Wars related companies and they have been good with updates, and eventually managed to get my order shipped in due course, while adding in freebies to apologise, which I highly rate as a company.

I do not know what exact delays Wicked Brick are dealing with, whether it be lack of supply or too many orders, but there needs to be more communication in regards to order status. For all I know, my order doesn’t exist.

If you’re ordering around another time of the year, maybe you’ll get it much sooner and there won’t be a problem, but I find it hard to believe my order has taken 11 weeks and counting, just for a plastic Lego stand.

If I do not hear anything by the end of tomorrow, I will unfortunately be cancelling my product. I am unable to review the product itself, so I would not advise completely against ordering from Wicked Brick, as their product may be worth the wait, I’d just be wary and expect at least 3 months of waiting.

Edit: to my surprise my order “is on the way”. So fingers crossed will arrive soon. Want to reiterate that I can understand delays, however, I cannot agree with the lack of communication, with me having to be the one to query every time.
