Ive just got my order at at box was damaged bad my disney case was with it looked ok. Dhl took both back the at at case was bent over twisted my other orders in past have been good i find the box the at at case came in was not strong enough to stop it flexing and bending that why the box was damaged !!

I am very satisfied with the shopping experience. It took about 1 week for the product to be dispatched. Shipping to Germany then only took two days. It was absolutely worth the wait!
The display stand is very easy to assemble, is made to an extremely high standard and is simply perfect for presenting the LEGO model well.

A very high quality product that is worth the price paid. The set looks much better in the display case, which is very easy to assemble. The custom background is very nice and worth the price difference. I am very happy with the product, it was the first one I have received (but not the first one I bought) and I can say with complete certainty that I will buy more. Impeccable after-sales service. Having the product in stock, shipping was very fast. In 10 days I received the package perfectly packed. Totally recommendable both the product and the company.

"Worth it, amazing quality and products"

I have ordered from Wicked Brick numerous times now and every time it has been worth it! There are many reviews out there who complain about the wait times, however this is just because the display cases/stands are made from scratch. I understand that Wicked Brick have tried to combat long waits by having “ready to ship/dispatch” items ready to go. It has normally taken a good few weeks on my previous orders (I think the estimated 6-8 weeks), but this is the first time I have ordered “ready to ship” items and they came in about three days!

Nevertheless, long wait or not, the quality of these products are always amazing. The stands are absolutely sturdy and built to the individual Lego set, very high quality. They make your average Lego display shelf or cabinet look extra appealing!

I have never ordered a display case so cannot speak about any experience with them, but as I say, I have ordered display stands many many times now and have never had an issue! They are perfect for my displays!

"Latest Wicked Brick order ( My 20th )"

My last order 20th Lego display case that I have purchased from Wicked Brick. The design, detail and sturdiness of the cases has increased greatly over the last 2 years with more fittings. I was very please to see that this order arrived with the background already stuck on it. The ONLY issue I've ever had is the time I've had to wait for my delivery (up to 6/7 weeks) although they do inform you of the wait when purchasing from them.

Ordered an angled display case for Concorde and was an extremely easy process. Good quality product, easy to read instructions and easy to put together. All around very good product but the only issue is it’s a little flimsy but where I have it, this isn’t an issue.

"Best option for displaying your LEGO collection!"

The quality of their display stands and cases for LEGO sets is amazing. I would highly recommend these for your collection, a little pricey but its reflected in the quality, and worth it. Very easy assembly. My only issue is the wait time after ordering, being I'm in the US, which took about 2 mo.

"1 star to 5 stars because of customer service"

This didn't start out as a 5 star review at all. I ordered a wall mounted display for 12 Speed Champion Lego cars. Defninitely took longer than 8 weeks to arrive to the States and when it did, I was very confused. The package had the wrong instructions as well as two large pieces that turned out to be extra, sent in error.

I tried to assemble the case using some of the steps from the wrong instructions, but couldn't get the shelves to stay. I tried a few different ways, but all that I accomplished was to scratch the side pieces. I reached out to Customer Service and received the correct instructions electronically almost immediately.

I went back to put it together but was still having difficulty as I was trying to understand how to use all 6 large pieces. More communication with customer service regarding my frustration, including pictures with all of the pieces. WB was able to tell me which pieces to use, and how to use them. That was when I found out that two of the large pieces were sent in error, along with the wrong instructions.

WB also sent me two new side pieces since the others had been scratched in the process of attempting to assemble. Those reached me in 4 days, and that included a weekend. Once all of this was sorted out, I was able to easily construct the display and mount it and it looks amazing.

I went from offering to show them proof that I destroyed the pieces beyond usabilty to looking forward to buying another case when this one is full. The final product is beautiful and customer service went above and beyond. The wait was worth it.
