"BEWARE - Takes months to ship!"
My order took 5 weeks to ship after paying premium charge for courier delivery. This wasn't made clear when purchasing the stand, only after I completed my order was I made aware about how long it would take to ship. (After looking at their website, you have to be specifically looking for it to find their delivery time is a joke - They clearly don't want to make it clear!)
This meant for well over a month I was waiting for a stand that was needed to display my set on a shelf, meanwhile the large lego set had to take up space. Meaning it was inconveniently in the way whilst waiting for them to send me the stand.
The stand itself is good, but it doesn't warrant the price tag. It's pricey for what you get and the instructions are useless, so you have to google how to put it together...

"Poor response time on order "
Placed my order over 10 days ago and 0 updates given. Paying 7 quid for a uk delivery that still isnt posted this late after order is a joke. Their own "contact us" email address from the website is a no reply email address. 3 requests for update and nothing given. Impossible to contact, will not order from here again.

"Wouldn't bother with this company"
Wouldn't bother with this company. After waiting 4 weeks I was told my order still wasn't ready for dispatch and would be a further 2 weeks. Pretty poor for a company charging top buck.
I cancelled my order and ordered from unique display uk which arrived in 3 days.

"Don’t believe reviews on website"
Don’t believe reviews on website. Went to order a display case well over their free delivery threshold. At checkout delivery was £25+! Contacted their support not even a reply. Customer service is non existent ☹️

"ZERO useful instructions"
The cases are mostly ok. However they don't provide any useful instructions (A generic video is NOT USEFUL) it needs to be for every set as each case is different. It would also be useful to show how to put the models on the display cases/stands. I had mine on and trying to get the model on properly is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I ended up damaging mine accidentally and am waiting for a replacement part. They just leave you to it once they've got your money.

Ordered a large Lego display case - but as they are custom made it had approx 6 week lead time.
Particularly difficult circumstances (palliative care) meant a 6 week wait might not be ok …
Explained this to Jemma who was empathetic, made some enquiries and we received it a week later - cannot explain how thrilled the recipient was with this!

Ordered a vase for my wildflower lego set. Took forever to arrive, And when it did I was so excited to put it together to find out it just falls apart. Do not buy.

"Worst Customer Service Ever!"
I contacted this company through their website about a broken side panel that was delivered to me for the Lego Groot case. They never replied. I then emailed customer service and received a reply a week later saying that they could replace the side panel for £20 (extortionate given the price of the whole case originally). I complained that they had sent me a faulty product and they said since it had been over 30 days they couldn’t replace it for free, but it had actually only been over 30 days because of their failure to reply promptly to my website enquiry, but they wouldn’t listen to reason. Worst customer service I have ever had - avoid this awful company!

The cases are amazing. They are just the best thing ever.
However…
Delivery time is ridiculously long. The six weeks advertised turned out to be over 9 weeks.
And after a long wait we were finally able to assemble the set and the case. And as it turns out, the case is damaged and we were missing two cubes and four screws for assembly. Customer service of wicked is useless, or better said, non-existent. We contacted them and all the reply we got was: too bad, it’s been more than 30 days since delivery. And it took them a week to give this reponse.
So now my case, which cost over 200 euros is damaged and my set still gets dusty cause it doesn’t close properly

We ordered a case for my sons millennium falcon in November and still not received the order. Was told 6 weeks and every time we contact wicked bricks they pass us of to contact the courier. The tracking for it is all over the place one minute it’s in America, then in Cambridge then out for delivery then held at customs! Absolutely ridiculous! DHL never get back to us either and just fob us of. I think the only option I have is to request a full refund back from my card. The communication is so poor! 1st experience with ordering and definitely the last
