10 weeks - 3 emails; 3 phone calls - told next five days then next day - now production not answering which is unusual but we will email you. Sill no case but have 1000 wicked bricks points on us and you can have your money back!!!
Multiple FB posts with offers on and some items sold out! But they can not give you a simple answer of when they can send out!

"2+ months for 4 panels of clear acrylic, still not shipped"
4-6 weeks of waiting time for 4 panels of acrylic is already embarassing to be honest, but well "It will be worth it", I thought.
Problems is, EIGHT (8) DAMN WEEKS HAVE PASSED, CONTACTED THEM (for the 3rd time) 5 DAYS AGO and they said that they would ship the package in 1-3 days, no info from that day and no package shipped
100 euros and 40 euros of shipping for this kind of service is legit embarassing and one of the worst experiences ive ever had, never again, save your money and go buy them on aliexpress

"Very slow delivery and not the best communication"
I ordered cases 7 weeks ago and have received no communication since, despite me contacting them by email and their contact details on the website.
UPDATE: Received an email on 4 June informing me that the products are due to be shipped in 4-6 days. I've now received the items. They're good quality and as described. Just a shame customer service couldn't be better

I have been purchasing from Italy for at least two years now. the shipping time is long, it's true, but when the products arrive, their quality is excellent and I can be more than satisfied. furthermore, the after-sales service has, up to now, always supported me in the problems/requests encountered. In the future, I hope they can eliminate or reduce international costs. Thanks guys for making my Lego collection better!!

"Sehr schöne Vitrine aber lange Wartezeit."
Ich hatte mir ein Display für meine Minifiguren bestellt. Da auf der Website ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wird das der Versand bis zu 6 Wochen dauern kann, wusste ich was auf mich zukommt. Nachdem ich aber nicht in einem Zeitstress war, war das für mich kein Problem. Die 6 Wochen Frist wurde auch eingehalten und nachdem ich einmal den Support angeschrieben hatte wie lange denn meine Sendung noch braucht bekam ich innerhalb von 24h auch eine Antwort. Nachdem Wicked Brick meine Sendung versandt hatte, lag diese leider noch knapp 3 Wochen beim Zoll, wofür Wicked Brick aber nichts dafür kann.
Der Aufbau ist sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Die Vitrine sieht Super aus und die Minifiguren sehen sehr gut aus in der Vitrine. Auch lassen sich die Scheiben der Vitrine leicht öffnen so dass das Austauschen von Figuren sehr leicht ist.
Fazit: Sehr schöne Vitrine die sich leicht zusammenbauen lässt. Wer kein Problem damit hat ,,etwas” länger auf die Lieferung zu Warten der kann sich definitiv auf eine sehr schöne Vitrine freuen.

"Worst delivery times ever to be honest"
Worst delivery times ever to be honest. Their response is always "We're working extremely hard to improve our production times" which is an absolute lie and is just their default customer service response who knows nothing about the actual business side, nothing is actually being done. I ordered last year and this year as well and the lead time has increased from 4 weeks to 6 weeks. If they were working extremely hard we would see the lead time decrease. No other company does this, it's absurd. As an alternative I suggested if collection was an option and they said no. No updates on if the item is in the queue or in production. Nothing. If they spent half as much time improving the delivery as they do on their marketing they'd have so many more repeat customers. Just a terrible business structure.

Ho acquistato una teca e dopo quasi due mesi ho dovuto chiedere il rimborso perchè non mi è mai stata spedita. Assurdo.

Wanted to buy a limited edition display case but it seemed they removed a payment option they had a while ago and since I don't own a card I cannot buy anything from them anymore was really happy when I was still able to buy things from them with paypal but they removed it and won't even plan on getting it back

"Do not order from Wicked Brick"
I ordered a Warhammer army display from Wicked Brick on the 2nd April. There were no updates on the order after five weeks of waiting and no contact from the company to suggest a delay.
Like many here, I tried to use their online feedback form to request an update. I got no response. It was only after looking here that I found an e-mail address and was told it’s going to be another week or so, meaning I’m effectively going to be waiting for 7-8 weeks before they might deign to dispatch my order. I’m not holding my breath.
This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that brands itself as an official licensed partner of LEGO and Games Workshop. Despite all the negative feedback, it’s quite clear that Wicked Brick either don’t give a toss about fulfilling orders and basic customer service, or that they are incapable of doing so. Seriously, if you’re a Warhammer collector avoid this lot like the plague.
If my order isn’t dispatched by the end of next week, I want my money back. One thing is for sure, I will not be spending money with Wicked Brick again.

I reached out as per my post below and nothing, just an offer of a 20% discount on a new case which is approximately £50 more than the case I bought 2 years ago.
I'm not looking for a free case just help with repairing the one I have. I cannot justify £189 for a new case when it was poorly made in the first place. Please advise why I should have to pay twice?
