"Don’t waste your money"
If you’re thinking about purchasing the clear display vase’s for the Lego flowers - save your money. Despite the fact I double checked that my wildflower bouquet product code matched the list of ‘compatible set’ numbers, when the vase arrived the piece made to hold the stems in place did not have enough holes for all of the flowers. I decided to persevere and just leave that piece out, but when I came to build the vase I ran into a second problem - the instructions are nigh on impossible to follow. It took me forever to assemble the vase, during which time I quickly realised that getting all of the central column pieces to attach to the top border is also impossible - you have to hold on to the side pieces and wiggle the top around while praying for a miracle until somehow it all slots together. Finally, after all that work as soon as I picked the vase up a piece came loose and the whole thing collapsed - it seems to be held together by divine intervention. Lesson learned is to just buy a normal vase and call it a day.

"Communication, Communication, Communication"
I ordered a display case from Wicked Brick back in April, during their partnership with GW. Now, 10 weeks later, I still haven't received the item, nor have I been given any clear indication of when it will arrive.
I understand that logistical issues can cause delays, but clear and consistent communication with customers is ESSENTIAL.
Unfortunately, Wicked Brick has already faced criticism for poor communication, and my experience reflects this ongoing issue. While their customer service team responds relatively quickly, they have not provided any meaningful updates or reassurances about my order, nor an estimated delivery time.
Given the nature of the problem and the lengthy delay, I would have expected the company to be more transparent and proactive in communicating with both current and potential customers.
My advice to Wicked Brick: manage customer expectations better throughout the buying journey.
For potential customers: currently, don’t expect a fast service. It might be wise to hold off on your purchase until Wicked Brick addresses its logistical and communication issues.
For existing and future partners: clearly, the business is facing issues that are impacting shared customers. It’s worth factoring this in ahead of new product launches, as it does impact your brand indirectly.
Edit: it’s now over 12 weeks, I am none the wiser when I’ll receive the item. Customer services don’t know, they have previously said it’s in production, then said it should be shipping then gone back to saying there is a delay and can’t give an update. An absolute shambles.

"This is an awesome product"
This is an awesome product. I obtained their display case for my Disney 100 film Lego model
The case was easy (even for me ) to construct and I was delighted when it all lined up perfectly first time. Unlike other products I didn’t have to fudge it etc, all just joined exactly as expected and desired
I would highly recommend this company and will be doing further business as my dream to display my Lego with the least amount of dusting ( wife’s desire) continues

"Poor company and dispatch times"
Generally just poor company in terms of manufacturing and service. 3 months to make pieces of plastic and provide null responses.
Don't worry though, they will give you 500 wicked brick points to spend more money with them and wait a further 3 months. You can build a house quicker then they can make bits of plastic.
I did notice that they immediately prioritised giving out the same product I ordered to Instagram influencers whilst making paying customers wait three months. So if you can get a few hundred follows, you'll likely get them the next way.
Refund issued and wont be going back.

"Brilliant experience"
Brilliant experience! I ordered multiple cases from them and all arrived without problems. Delivery time is a lot but I understand they make everything after the order was placed and they mentioned it on their site. The displays look amazing :) I am pretty sure I will order more. I already received cases for the Avenger's Tower, Mos Eisley and the Bat mobile so I placed more orders for the Bat cave and Ornithopter from Dune.

"broken plate no follow-up"
besides the ultra long delivery times!!! I think they have no stock and only manufacture after the order!! I received a damaged package!!! the only way to contact them is support on the site which is NON-EXISTENT… I have been trying to contact them for a week. I found the prices already expensive but when in addition the customer service does not exist. I really do not recommend WICKED brick anymore

"A great case to protect my castle "
I'm very happy with the display case I have recieved. I wanted a good case that would protect my hogwarts castle.
The only annoyance I had was knowing where the two little black bricks go. I'm still a little unsure and can't seem to find info on what they do. But other than that I'm so pleased

"Painfully slow delivery - now at 9 weeks"
Ordered in April - its now June. If I was a director of this company would be absolutely embarrassed by the lack of care for customers. I'm at 9 weeks and 2 emails and haven't heard a peep from them.
The reviews here tell you everything. Don't bother
