I ordered a few display items from Wicked Bricks, and it took 8 weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, half of them were incomplete. Major parts like display backgrounds and panels were missing, as well as smaller pieces like studs. I reached out to customer service, and they said they would send the replacement parts. It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting. This company is a complete waste of time. I have over 100 items that need proper display, so I'll definitely be looking elsewhere. These guys are a joke.

This was my go to for Lego display cases but the last two orders have been extremely late and the current one is ten weeks and waiting since order (with an email four weeks ago saying it will be with us in the next two weeks). No apology - no reason given - just 'thanks for being patient and wait'.
Find another supplier as these guys treat you poorly once they have your money. There are other case suppliers out there who are just as good (if not better).

"Do not use this company"
If there was an option for zero stars I would select that…do not use this company. I placed a significant order with them and waited the 6 week period quoted with no updates. My order eventually arrived over 2 months later and with repeated chasing. I placed a smaller order after that and this is yet to be fulfilled…10 weeks later. Use boxxco instead and avoid this company at all costs.

I thought no company could get any worse than Virgin Media.....but Wicked Bricks cropped up.
67 days since ordering, two e-mails giving updated delivery times....both dates passed. Horrendous seeing all the other poor reviews.
No response to a complaint e-mail.
I could have walked into a DFS and had a sofa made and delivered quicker.
If a company cannot provide a service then they should cease to exist. Many other case companies out there that deserve my money.

"Shocking deliveries "
After almost three months multiple emails I cancelled my order! Shocking customer service how they exist as a manufacturer 10 working days ago (after more than 6 plus weeks) I was told it would be 5 to 7 day more sent 4 mails all of which ignored I called twice today to be told it had yet another delay 8 to 10 days. Enough was enough I cancelled my order my advise would be to believe nothing they tell you best still order from someone else and you might get the items!!!

After two months I'm still waiting for my order, I'll wait a few more days, then I'll ask for a refund. Insane waiting times, it took me less time to renovate my house.

"My 'go to' for LEGO display units"
My 'go to' for LEGO display units. Have been a customer for years. Have noticed it getting much slower and more expensive though - £22 postage on my current order, when I live just 150 miles away is becoming off-putting. (wish there was some way to just collect for free). Previous purchase was for Lego Batman and it bows when it's up on the wall.
With the lack of any other serious contenders out there, I just suck it up. Usually a decent product that's worth the wait. But boy, you gotta wait!!!
