"Shipping time / method was insanely terrible, product ok but not worth the wait or price"
Shipping was insanely terrible. I waited about 2 months, and then contacted wicked brick asking for an update. I got no response, and about a month later I got an automated email saying it has just been shipped. I ordered 2, 1 for me and 1 for my friend as a present. They came in 2 separate bubble wraps, but pieces from both were mixed into each which was not convenient at all when one is meant to be a present for someone else. Also the box sizing was ridiculous, one was small (about the size of my keyboard), and one was bigger than my 32'' monitor, both with the same size contents. The stand itself is ok, but not worth the price or the amount of time waited. Also one of my displays came with the wrong piece that shows what set it is at the front of the display.

"Avoid at all COST!! This is a SCAM!"
I spent over 130£ + customs was around 30£-40£ and i got literally nothing from what i purchased.
I ordered 4 specific items which are 3 times wall mount for my Lego Star Wars Helmet's and 1 Limited Edition Wall Mounted Stand for LEGO® Star Wars™ Midi Scale Millennium Falcon.
After waiting for 1-2 months i finally got my order but the big problem starts. From the 4 items i just ordered i just got the wall part for the limited edition. NOTHING ELSE and i tried to contact them because its not my first time ordering so i strongly believed that this was a mistake but its been 9 days since i tried to contact them and still no answer.
I worked in this business for years and i can just see from the reviews and latest feedbacks that they just lost their passion and propably will be scamming more and more people.
I dont want those items send anymore because i dont want to pay for customs over and over again. I had to pay more than what i got because the price was showing 132£. Worst online shopping experience so far.

Avoid buying from Wicked Bricks.
I was suckered in by all of the advertisements on Instagram unfortunately and spent over £120 on two Warhammer display cases.
12 weeks later they finally arrived but of course one of them was all wrong, the back wall was longer than the front wall, the front wall doesn't fit into the slots provided, the base was smaller than the lid and the soft mat inside bubbles up in the middle.
I am back and forth by email every 2/3 days once the customer service team bother to respond to me and currently the problem is unresolved.

There was a small issue with my display case when it arrived, I raised the issue with their customer support who were absolutely fantastic in getting everything sorted well and in a timely manner (particularly Patarina who was fantastic).
More than impressed with the entire team, and a great quality product at the end!

"Great product, but some issues need addressing...."
Firstly I'd just like to say how great the display cases are, they're spot on. My only sticking points are delivery times, communication and instructions.
My last order was more than two weeks overdue and zero communication to explain what was happening. Given what you're paying for the product, better updates would help with the experience.
The instructions for the build are abysmal, and could do with some attention. Having orders before I knew what to expect, but my first order took ages to try and work out what to do.
Overall a brilliant product, very well packaged. Unfortunately just let down in my opinion by long delivery times, lack of updates from the supplier, and very poor instructors. All things I think could be easily rectified and haven't stopped me repeat ordering.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***Appalling verging on feeling like I’ve been scammed. I ordered a tiny mini figure display case and a small display stand for a Lego set. The mini figure case delivered broken and not useable , and the display stand came with instructions not made for it so took ages to figure out how to make it, when I did finally figure it out , I realised it doesn’t in any way work or hold the set at all. (T6 Ashoka shuttle set from Star Wars). Not to mention of top of this all the order took well over 12 weeks to arrive which is unacceptable for such a small delivery. I got in contact and was told to try fix the product myself !? Like what hahaha. No refund or replacement whatsoever , so happy I found out what this company was before spending big money on a big stand. Absolute trash , will never ever use again , steer WELL CLEAR!
The reply they sent is rendered pointless, they’re customer support emails are incredibly generic and not helpful.

"Poor comms, rubbish instructions and very late delivery "
I expected Wicked Brick to deliver my display case by 6th week. I finally received the item just over 2 months from order. What I didn’t expect was having to chase customer support twice after week 6. At no time did I receive any direct communications from Wicked Brick without my prompt. My other gripe was that with my display case there were no detailed instructions/illustration on how to build a non-standard stand (mine had 5 components). The A4 generic paper insert was utterly useless (as were online links) after over an hour of trial and error I finally worked it out BUT it should not be this hard.
The display case is really great, but Wicked Brick you need to try much harder to decrease your lead time, seriously improve communications and at very least provide comprehensive instructions for self-build. If you don’t your competitors will take your customers/business!

"Faulty case - no discount on replacement"
Been a customer for four years, early adopter to some cases which have now been changed as they were clearly failed designs. As a customer you will have to accomodate the blatant fabrication that they will deliver your product in six weeks, it will be more like 8-10 weeks before you get your item and you will receive no updates during that period.
My biggest gripe with this company is not the time it takes to deliver, I purchased a case which was £120 when it came out, over time the housing has developed faults due to the design, it has now been re-designed so it is stronger and won't collapse onto your set. Now I'm being told I will not be offered any discount on a replacement which is nearly £170. Having spent 1000's of £ with this company I am not best pleased, clear design faults on the original item have not been recognised and no sympathy shown towards a regular and loyal customer.

"Is my display case in a galaxy far far away?"
I ordered the millennium Falcon display case on the 18th of May and I am still waiting!
I filled out their contact us form on the website about 10th July to complain about the lack of communication and that I still hadn’t received my order and they never responded.
I called them on the 12th of July to find out where my order was and I was told it was ready to dispatch within 2-4 days and I’ll receive an email confirmation… it’s been over a week and still no confirmation!!
We’re heading into week 10 now.
There are just as good Lego display case companies that delivery in 1 to 2 weeks and around the same price point. Wicked bricks customer care is outrageous, no updates, no emails to explain there might be delays, no apologies and no response to their in house contact forms.
They have just taken my £256 and from what I can tell I have nothing to show for it. They should be ashamed.
