"Purchased a titanic case on 26 November…"

Purchased a titanic case on 26 November 2023. Still haven't received my order. Customer service just fob you off. Was told on 18th December dispatch due in 4- 6 days. Never received it. Emailed again not told another 1-2 weeks.

The products are good but very expensive and as they are the only company who do specific display cases if you want one you have to go to them. I have ordered a couple of things from them, on my first order it took 8 and a half weeks to arrive after it was said to take 2-4 weeks whenever I chased it they said they were sorry and I will get a message when it ships. With my second order again it is taken so far 8 weeks to arrive it’s a expensive order so I would ASAP as it was also a Christmas present for someone but as it still hasn’t arrived I have had to tell them they have no present right now and I can’t tell you when it will arrive either. The company really needs to work ok their delivery or production line so it doesn’t take this long for products to go out. If I knew all of this I would second guess purchasing from there.

Dafür das man so viel Geld bezahlt und auch der Versand echt teure ist, ist der Support echt mies, auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet und das geschenk zu Weihnachten kommt auch nicht pünktlich an.

Bestellung am 10.12.23, da sollte ein pünktlicher Versand zu Weihnachten eigentlich möglich sein.

Echt schade.

"Eigenproduktion mit langer Wartezeit - Geduld mitbringen!"

Dieser Bewertung basiert von einer Produktion bis zum Versand. Da es um Eigenproduktion (spezielle Anfertigungen) handelt, sollte man viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen.

Es ist kein Warenlager wie Amazon, dass es einen Bestand im Lager hat.

Ich habe am 21.11.2023 bestellt und inzwischen wollte ich mal den Support fragen, wie der aktuelle Stand ist. In der Support-Formular fragt man, ob die Wartezeit länger als 6 Wochen hinaus ist, habe ich mit NEIN beantwortet. Dann meinte man es, ich solle auf Beschreibung achten, wie lange die Produktion hinausgeht. 2-4 Wochen laut meiner Bestellung. Und sie werden hierfür bestätigt, wenn es versendet ist. Wollte noch bis 21.12.2023 warten evtl. noch zusätzliche 2 Wochen (insgesamt 6 Wochen), dann den Support anfragen.

Doch heute 20.12.2023 erhielt ich eine Bestätigung, dass die Ware nun auf dem Versandweg ist.

Fazit: Ich habe nicht mal Support angeschrieben und fast 4 Wochen geduldet. Es hat eine Wirkung gezeigt.

So nun erwarte ich die Lieferung von UK nach GER so bald wie möglich.

Update 03.01.2024

Das Paket war am 28.12.2023 beim Zoll und daher musste ich den Inhaltsangabe machen und Kaufbeleg nachweisen. Von daher gab es das OK beim Zoll und das Paket wurde erst heute 03.01.2024 geliefert (Verzögerung beim Zoll)

Als ich die ausgepackt habe, war es Bruchsicher und Kratzfest verpackt. Die "Acrylglas" Back to the Future Display Stand waren natürlich mit einer Folie versehen. Die Aufbau erfolgte ohne Anleitung (war mit bei, habe nicht genutzt). Zuerst dachte ich, die Schrauben fehlten und ich musste Support anschreiben. Immer wieder guckte ich in dem Paket nach und fand 5 kleine Päckchen versteckt, dass Schrauben beinhaltet. Daher gebe ich die Gesamtwertung eine 5, da hat sich das warten gelohnt. Gerne wieder. Als nächste Steht Titanic auf meiner Liste.

Look, quality, customer support... everything from A to Z is absolutly great. Yes, the price is high, but the price-performance ratio is totally justified. The delivery times could be faster but the cases are absolutly worth the waiting. Already bought several times and will definitly buy again.

"Not the best experience"

Not impressed with quality of product, time it took to arrive (over 2 months) & when it did it was missing parts which I was told would be sent out only to have to call back as they forgot to do it!... this was my experience & won't use them again.

Vor 4 Wochen bestellte , bisher nur eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen aber keine Versandbestätigung. Warte immer noch, sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden.
