"Still not received goods since 8/10/24"

I ordered £244 worth of product 8/10/24 from the company with delivery of 6 weeks for 1 of the items the other said in stock at time of purchase, its now 11/12/24 and i have had no communication from them where my products are i contacted them over 2 weeks ago and they stated it would be with me in 1-2 weeks which would be 9 weeks since i paid, nothing from them no delivery date dispatch date nothing, i am now concerned they have taken hundreds from me with no intention of providing the goods stay clear of this company

"Slow customer service cost me $"

I placed an order and somehow 1 of my items did not stay in my cart. I immediately emailed customer service explaining this and was told they could not add an item to my order and my only option was to cancel which I was fine with. 4 days go by waiting on a response to my email and then I get an email saying my order shipped followed by another email saying "Sorry, we cant cancel your order because it shipped". Now I am out $30 in international shipping because it took 4 days to cancel an order, a task that any modern ecommerce site allows the user to do immediately.

"The wait time for some products is…"

The wait time for some products is still quite painful, however they have improved significantly recently now offering a selection of 'Ready to shop' products. What once took almost 2 months to get to me now only took a few days

Awesome display case! Tricky to figure out how to put it together at first but them became easy. Was a little disappointing that one of the pieces came scratched. Otherwise happy with th end result

When my order arrived, it was damaged during transport. No fault of “wicked brick” because they take extreme care to make sure everything is securely wrapped and fixated in excellent boxes. However my order was broken. Within a week and without any hassle the replacement parts were delivered. Great products and excellent customer support.

"poor quality control"

I've had mixed experiences but the latest has me fuming. original order was damaged by DHL in transit. WB did to be fair replace the damaged parts but when I eventually had another building window some months later, I find one of the smaller pieces was packed twice and one not at all.Without the missing part, the stand cannot be used.

initial response was pay for a replacement but even that's now gone into a black hole.

golden rules: do not purchase until lego model is built. check all parts are present, undamaged and actually the correct parts. download the instructions to be able to do this as no printed ones are included
