"9 weeks now and no update as to where…"

9 weeks now and no update as to where my item is. The website says up to 6 weeks. Customer service do reply but with no true answers. On Jan 2 it was 1-2 weeks. Jan 14 its now another 1-3 weeks. "Due to unforeseen circumstance". I have asked for a refund... lets see where this goes. From previous reviews, I'm not waiting 3-6 months to get a product that may be defective.

Well I can’t fully give a rating since my order didn’t come with assembly instructions. And on the website, the instruction area for this particular item is blank! I sent the team an email but haven’t heard back, so my item is unbuilt in my room at the moment

Bought the diagon alley display case. The pre-drilled holes do not line up. Very poorly made for the price.

I’ve purchased the millennium falcon arrroud Christmas and I was blown away with the size of it, and that made me question how and where I will out in my flat, don’t look further people, without a doubt the best and strongest stand you can find, the price tag definitely matches the quality of it and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the result

J'en suis déjà à plusieurs commandes, les display case sont toujours de bonne qualités. J'aurais tendance à recommander ce site. Par contre, je retire une étoile et rejoins pas mal des avis qui datent depuis fin 2023, les délais d'environ 8 semaines pour l'envoi ne sont plus respectés. Ma dernière commande a mis plus de 3 mois à arriver et les réponses du service client sont souvent random du style "désolé on a un peu de retard, ça arrive d'ici 2/3 jours" et 1 mois après toujours rien. Il faut améliorer ce point, quitte à augmenter les délais de livraisons indiqués.

The site was easy to use and seeing each item completed with models in/on them shows you what they will look like.
Paying was good to do, would be nice to see price including VAT added before getting to payment page.

Wat een slechte film is dat! Niks is boeiend. Muziek niet om aan te horen veel te druk allemaal hele film. Verhaal niet interessant. Loop nooit weg bij een film maar wij snappen niks van de heisa

extremely poor service. I would never ever order from this company ever again and I would also advise others not to purchase from this company.

Was told my item would take six weeks to arrive, now I am being told it will be after the festive season before I receive my order.

Awful customer service from a member of staff called Jemma. Have requested to speak with company director numerous times but have been ignored.

A letter before action is now being drawn up and it is very unlikely I will opt to settle out of court given the service by Jemma.
