"Was excited to get the display case for…"

Was excited to get the display case for the Republic gunship and had to wait 4 months to get it no big deal, but when I was putting it together was taking my time to make sure everything was lined up and all the corner Peices that I had to screw together just snapped when it had the slightest pressure, to me wasn’t the worth the money or the wait to be disappointed in it breaking when trying to put it together, I refuse to buy any others from them not worth it, if it’s just gonna end up breaking when putting it together

"Won’t be using again"

Although the items are good, they take a ridiculously long time to send the item, it is hard to get hold of them, and they use Yodel to deliver (who leave your parcels in an insecure place if you’re not in).

Always a high-end product, with a professional finish, if it's a stand or display case the LEGO sets always look amazing on display. I will be returning to Wicked Brick again and again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

"Ordered on May 4th and my item still…"

Ordered on May 4th and my item still hasn't been shipped, contacted support who said it would be another 5-7 business days before it ships & wouldn't cancel my order. Won't ever be ordering from this joke of a company again, quicker to order something from China.

The quality of the case is second to none, you really could not fault the product, so simple to build together too, just be prepared to wait 8weeks for your order, but you won't be disappointed! 5*

"Quick and easy delivery."

I bought the display stand for the 75192 falcon. Looks very nice and clean, one of the magnets to the ucs badge was backwards so that doesn’t work. Could just be me but pieces kept breaking off when I sat it on the display. Other than that love it.

"Not up to the job"

Not up to the job. Ordered a Disney castle 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. Contacted customer support 3 weeks ago and they said it should be here by now and still nothing. Contacted customer services Again but not heard anything back. Wondering if it’s a scam but they do seem to have given to others. I would stay well clear of the company. What’s more annoying than anything is that they say that they are too busy for orders yet they send out marketing emails every couple of days. If they can’t keep up with current orders then don’t look out for more. If your happy ordering and waiting months then go ahead but I’m totally fed up waiting while they tout for more business. I don’t even know if I’m getting anything or they are just scamming me

"Delivery woes never end"

Waiting on delivery of a stand for the Saturn 5 rocket and when I placed the order that invoice stated 6 week delivery. I considered that to be just about manageable however when I requested an update that delivery has now become 9 weeks. How does it take over 2 months to produce something and ship it , not a happy bunny. Update 06/07/22 - WB sent out my stand on the 29th of June using Yodel as the courier. Yodel have finally admitted today that they have lost it. WB said they would send out another one within a week ! but my patience is exhausted and I have told them to cancel the order and refund my money , the refund has been processed which has been the only quick thing about this debacle.

"Great customer service"

Ordered a case for the huge Hogwarts Castle and was expecting the long lead time so that wasn’t particularly an issue (though it does seem a very long time…) It arrived after about 8 weeks and there was an issue with a couple of the pieces which was disappointing. Customer Service was excellent- they sent me replacement pieces within a week. Now it’s built and looks fantastic. I’d buy again for a huge model.
