"Superb Cases for Lego Models"
To say these cases are excellent is an understatement in my opinion (when compared to the other uk company which will remain nameless)
They are well made and sturdy the backgrounds are brilliant and really enhances the Lego sets. Yes there is a wait time but the company are very honest about this when you order (perfection takes time). I received my latest case a couple of weeks ago but didn’t put it together until the other day but unfortunately it had a slight crack. I emailed them and the wonderful Mollie answered and arranged the replacement part with no hassle. Thanks wicked brick you definitely have me as a loyal customer 👍😊

"Not recommend stay clear"
Please email before buying as this company has very very poor customer communication & delivery times, I'm still waiting 9 weeks after ordering my item.
I ordered this 7 weeks in advance for a birthday present to which the birthday is now over & guess what I still have received the item.
I have email the company as there was nothing from the company to let me know what was going on at all.
I received an ema back which said sorry & that's it to which is not good enough.
Please check before buying I would never buy from or recommend this company ever again.
Absolutely shocking.

"Beyond expectations"
I am ecstatic about the order that I just received. Pics on the internet does not do these display stands justice. The pieces fit together perfectly, the stands are sturdy, and the etchings are amazing. I am so pleased with your craftsmanship.
From now on I will always order the extras as they really set the Lego models nicely and has enhanced the displays. My wife commented that the transparent stands make the ships appear to be flying. Wow… just wow!

"This is the third product I’ve…"
This is the third product I’ve purchased from wicked brick. I have read other reviews that give a low rating because of “low inventory” or “shipping delays”. The reality is supply chain issues are impacting a lot of businesses.
The quality, packaging, and durability of the product is great. I’m very satisfied with the product and will continue to purchase from Wicked Brick.

"Starwars X-Wing Stand"
First of all a fantastic product - very good quality, strong and sturdy and looks amazing. Only issue was the delay in postage. Website states 6 to 8 week but had to contact at 10 weeks. Item was then sent that day which makes me wonder whether it would have been sent if I hadn't contacted.

"Bit of a slow delivery, but great quality and solution"
If you don't mind a bit of a wait (several months) for your item to arrive, then no complaints.
I've now got two, one displaying Luke's X-Wing and a second showing Slave 1. I have another on order, which is yet to arrive.
The ones I do have are great quality, quick to put together and looks amazing. And all at a pretty good price.
I can imagine though, if you were to receive a damaged item, with these waiting times to have it replaced, it could be a different experience.

"Terrible business model that impacts customers"
This is an interim review because I have yet to receive my order, which was placed over 8 weeks ago. I think I'm echoing comments raised by many recent reviewers, specifically that the 6-8 week delivery time quoted by Wicked Brick is only made clear in the confirmation email after the order is placed. It's not up front on the website or any of the marketing emails. I have no idea what the company workforce size is, but it does strike me that if they put as much effort into production as they do design and marketing then they would be able to deliver far more quickly. I'm still an email subscriber and I'm literally bombarded with notifications for new products and offers, sometimes more than once a day. I simply don't understand why they do this when they can't fulfil orders. I do understand that they would choose to make the larger and more expensive items to order, but not the smaller and cheaper basic items such as the vario stands that fit most Lego products. They should have a stock of these to ship immediately. It's such a poor business model from a customer perspective. If I compare this to a café that has soup as it's most popular basic item then clearly it's going to have a batch ready every morning to fulfil those orders. It can't expect customers to wait as it makes it from scratch every time. Hopefully the basic stands I've ordered are going to be perfect otherwise the rating will be going down. The company's declared affiliation with Lego and use of genuine Lego parts is what drew me in, but even that is no longer true as I understand they are using generic studs in their products. There are many other similar products available from other platforms, with free delivery and much faster delivery times. It should be noted that Wicked Brick's £4.99 P&P charges are quite expensive for my small order. It would cost no more than £3.35 by Royal Mail and that's the Post Office price. Online is considerably cheaper and I suspect business prices are similarly cheaper. This means the packaging charges are quite steep. I'll revisit this review once I eventually receive the order.
Update 25/5 - I received an email from Customer Services. They have checked their 'internal lead time calculator' and informed me that my order is 'currently due to ship in 6-8 working days'. This means it will be about 10 weeks after ordering. Custom built sofas are delivered quicker than this. It's a couple of bits of plastic for goodness sake.
Update 2/6 - I've waited nearly 10 weeks for the order and now it's here I'm totally disappointed with it. The vario stand upright sticks out of the bottom of the base when it's fully inserted so it wobbles! I thought these stands were precision made. The same thing happens with the x-wing stand but not as badly. I can't believe I've paid about £25 for some rubbish plastic. Money that would have been better spent on a new Lego set.

"Excellent display cases"
Excellent display cases. Really well made and designed.
But I’ve no idea what’s going on with delivery times. I used to get them in a week now it’s months.
I chased them up and to their credit sped up my order delivery but completely ignored my question what’s causing all the delays.
Oh and just built it only to realise the size of the base plate is completely wrong so won’t attach to the case. Not great guys.
