"Horror Story !!"

I have waited over 26 working days for this Christmas present for my beloved, but, as yet (1st Jan 2022) even after a written complaint, I have had no reply or even the courtesy of any confirmation of when this article will actually arrive !! Within the next 2 days, I will ask my Credit Card company for a full refund on the grounds of fraud. Totally dissatisfied, which is a shame, as, should the said article have been up to scratch, I would have surely ordered many more similar articles for my beloved's vast Lego collection. Havde bestilt 4 standere og den ene plexiglas base-plade flækkede da jeg samlede den.

Wickedbrick sendte med det samme en ny plade uden omkostning.

Produkterne er både smukke og spændende.

Kan varmt anbefale Wickedbrick, der desuden også er officiel samarbejdspartner med Lego

"It's not the companies fault, its yours!"

When the model stand isn't adequate and your model falls off and smashes to the floor. This company will not offer you a refund, they will not accept responsibility,  instead they will blame the customers inadequacies, stating that maybe stand wasn't put together properly, despite their basic, unmatched instructions, so you have to use photos on the website as a guide. They state the stand wasn't positioned properly, they will also blame the fact you may have a lighting kit that is specifically designed for the model (third party additions are not recommended) even though the wire is nowhere near the stand and also millimetres thin. They will not acknowledge the stress caused by trying to repair the model from fragments, having to order replacement parts from Lego as some are now damaged or missing, having to patch up an £80 lighting kit and the stress of the days of work lost connecting the kits together. A constant battle of emails with no recompense or acknowledgement that their product might not have been suitable. Most companies will apologise and offer a full refund. They say they are officially affiliated with Lego. I find that hard to believe an inspiring company like Lego would condone such customer service.

"Amazing"

Amazing, podiums are just as shown in pictures, my 11 year old is over the moon with his minifigures podium. Easy to assemble, excellent instructions. We ordered 2 and they were so well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again

"Terrible Customer Service"

I recently ordered a stand for a lego set from this company with a long delivery window. The stand was £19.99 with a £4.99 delivery fee. Shortly after placing my order I found the same stand sold by the same company on Ebay for £16.99 and £4.99 delivery and a much shorter delivery window (which meant it would arrive pre-Christmas). I contacted customer service saying this was a little off and that it would make more sense to cancel my order and buy from ebay. They took 3 days to reply and the response was just to cancel my order, no apology, no other communication. I went to Ebay to order and the price had risen to £20.99 with £4.99 delivery, so not even a thanks for pointing out their error. Appalling customer service, check Ebay before ordering from the website and don't expect anything decent from Customer Service.

"Really Dissapointed with this"

I ordered a display case for the Lego Creators James Bond DB5 set 10262.
Really Dissapointed with this. After taking over a month to get my order and reading all the fantastic reviews I was left less amused. The instructions are generic and not easy to read (luckily you don't need a degree to work it out), the cutouts for the display stand part were too tight and required filing by myself and the screws were loose inside the packaging with a few missing.
Good quality perspex and looks great but for the money left overally Dissapointed.

"Not the best"

I order a large display case for UCS Millenium Falcon. After waiting more than a month for the case, one of the parts arrived broken. It did not break during shipping since I couldn’t find the piece in the packaging. Tha packaging is crazy. Very hard to remove of the pieces. Well no one can beat Ikea in this I guess. Assembling is hard but managable, but the stand did not fit into its place on the base, I had to sand it myself. I got to say I would expect a lot more for this price range. Quality control is zero. Their Customer Service is good, they are nice, I got a promise of a replacement for the broken part. But there is a lot more space to improve quality.

"A company ruined by BREXIT and inability to adapt"

For years I've been a Wicked Brick customer. They had great display solutions and always strived to up their game.
They still do that. Their products aren't always 100% flawless (some times additional filing of the cases are needed for them to snap together properly) but they are quality products.
Their shipping costs, however, were never great. The use of DHL - one of the most overpriced couriers in Europe - doesn't help...

And then BREXIT came along and Wicked Brick completely mismanaged the necessary transition from being a company that was part of the common market into a foreign company to European customers.

When BREXIT came into force, for a few months Wicked Brick decided to eat up the additional costs, including for orders placed before the end of the transition period but that, by Wicked Brick's fault, were only shipped after and customers subject to customs they wouldn't have to pay if the order had been shipped on time.

Now? Now they're passing the costs to the consumers. As a result, even a simple £20 display case has shipping costs set at £54 (64€)! This is absolutely ridiculous.
Wicked Brick did nothing to prevent this or to adapt their business to what would happen.

As such, I do NOT recommend it to ANYONE in Europe. If you're a British citizen, I highly recommend you their displays. But if you're in the European Union, it'll be a rip-off to buy from them.

Even worse when you factor in the fact that they take at least a month to ship your order.

Other British companies decided to either move to Europe or have warehouses in Europe to ship from within the EU and reduce costs all around. Wicked Brick opted to not do that.
As such, my review needs to reflect the reality of buying from them in 2021, rather than the better experience it was before 2020.

"High quality product, good customer support"

First order from this company. Came across them on Instagram. Order was well packed and instructions were clear. Very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the displays.

Due to high amount of orders it took longer to arrive to mainland Europd, but communication is was very clear and correct.

Will definitely buy from them again!

"By far the best Lego display cases…"

By far the best Lego display cases around, superb quality & packed extremely well on delivery, only small issue is the instructions are a little vague.
But absolutely love them and will be buying more in the future.
