Ordered a large display case for my Mos Eisley Cantina set, and it is fantastic. High quality product, looks very smart. Packaging was great and protected the product well.
There was a slight mistake in what they sent me, as the plaque was for the wrong set. However the customer service got back to me very quickly, and I had the correct plaque at my door within 48 hours!
Great products, great customer service. Would highly recommended to any Lego fan looking to display their collection!

"It's maddening to have to be subjected…"
It's maddening to have to be subjected to a request to join Wickedbrick.com while I am ACTUALLY signed in. Also, when I am in my wish-list it shows GBP prices not USD. It's frustrating when having to do math to see which cases I want to buy next.
Lastly,
Why on earth would you ever delete "old" case build files? Case in point, you no longer have the files to create a couple of broken panels of a couple of my cases that I have purchased from you. This means that I have to actually purchase entirely new cases due to this ridiculous issue. I get that you may want to change how cases are built over time but to actually destroy the older files? That is UNHEARD OF!! (This is after promising me that you would replace those broken panels already...)
I am now stuck with having to purchase new cases vs. paying you for the broken panels. This makes me want to take my SIZABLE business elsewhere.

Never received shipping information or product ordered, yet received several requests to review product..can't review something that I didn't get!!!! Terrible customer service if you keep pestering for a review when you HAVE NOT SENT THE PRODUCT!

Ordered the product.. waited for 4 weeks for delivery.. the product never arrived.. no communication or anything from the company.. lucky that i paid via paypal.. will definitely not recommend this site to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend, first case came in missing wall fixings and case didn’t line up with the base, replacement came and the screw holes didn’t line up on the top so had to drill new ones to make it fit.
