"Quality of product is great and good…"

Quality of product is great and good value for money. My Lego architecture sets look fantastic in the cases. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the long delivery time but it was worth the wait.

I had heard about this website through other Lego fan pages on Facebook so I thought I’d give them a try.
The website is very easy to use they have good clear photos of the display items but however my only complaint about them is I placed an order for a couple of Star Wars display stands then they told me they are experiencing a long delay also they took the money before the item is dispatched which I think is wrong.

A little tricky to get the perspex together as it was very snug. Need some gentle tapping which took time but once together it looks v good.

"Nice when assembled, but so many issues with packaging and expectations."

I’m pleased with how the item looks on Instagram and on the website.
I was excited to have my packages arrive without issue.

- each piece was not individually wrapped, and was poorly wrapped.

- one piece which is part of the base and faces down thankfully; had a huge scratch on it from when it was packaged not during shipping. However this means that the set is not perfect, it looks perfect but it isn’t.

- instructions are decent but it would be nice if each box had its own instructions, even if it were on paper instead of the fancy plastic foldout guide.

- some sets were so hard to snap assemble together that there was almost major damage done.

- I wish that every single piece of a set was in its own bubble wrapped package. For the price of the unit and the insane duty cost I feel it would be better to have it wrapped that way. I’d rather get a massive box then all of the pieces pressed right up against each other and tapped which can allow for shifting during transport.

So, 3 stars is fair because the sets become nice, but because of all the above issues, sadly that’s 2 stars gone.

On Instagram, when people get their packages, the piece are shown individually wrapped in a nice black plastic bubble wrap, mine was all covered in tape, yes there was bubble wrap, but for the entire items, not each piece.
