Sign up was easy enough, though it was complicated by some quite assertive and questioning e mails asking me to justify my low usage. The line of questioning was seen as impersonal and demanding / authoritarian etc! I didn't understand this as usage would be determined by use and readings! It felt like I had to justify reasons for applying? Went with it cos' its not many companies will take you as a light user, but felt compromised!
I applied cos' I like that this company is somewhat ethical and my past supplier had screwed me by changing tariff to making a minimum usage charge :(, not on btw!, as there was no way I could use the amount of gas per annum that they set as a minimum, Therefore you pay even if you don't use it...Shame as had been with em' for umpteen years.
Anyway, on to this company! Bit annoying that received e mail few days before switch over asking for meter readings, however I have not received anything to open my online account. This came half a day or so later, so all sorted but not robust procedure there!
I have given 3 stars as that's as fair as I can be at this stage. Lets see how it goes but I am hoping that as this is a small company and has ethical policies that all will be ok? Lets see?

Really simple to get a quote for the different tariffs on offer (2 at the time of writing). Clear pricing and an effortless switch. The transfer should take place in 21 days but so far so good. I've already received a welcome email with tariff details and confirmation of my payment details. If only all utility companies were this easy to deal with.
