It was a bit of a struggle to get an initial instillation appointment, I was messed around with dates and I became frustrated and almost cancelled the service altogether but struggled to find another deal that beat this so decided to be patient and see what happens

I finally had my internet installed by a lovely team Abdi, Daniel and Wayne, they were prompt professional and did a good job making sure the work was tidy and neat, so far the internet has worked great and I’m happy

I’m glad that I decided to stick with the service, hopefully it will continue to work as well as it has done thus far

It's me again with an update. So since my last review and several complaints a couple of months ago. No one has bothered to contact me about the any of the internet outrage. No apology, so generic message, no explanation, no courtesy, no back bone!!!

I am so angry 😡 and tired of this.

The reason I am writing another review is because my internet has gone again and I was in the middle of an improvement client call. It's Friday 14th Feb 2025 at 2.30 pm. It's been about 15 mins so far and I am still not online. The last 2 weeks we had a couple that lasted a few mins, but again at the most crucial times.

Hyperoptics, is this really going to continue on like this. Where you continue to ignore me and pretend nothing has happened.

I will post a negative review everyday until someone bothers to get back to me.
