"Unfair closure policy"
I raised a ‘close account’ service ticket to close my account with over 30 days notice from the requested end date. They took over 3 weeks to respond to the ticket, and when they did, said the 30 days notice could only start from when they picked up the ticket not from when it was submitted? I have to pay the price of their understaffed customer service apparently? I complained but they were useless and just closed the ticket with an apology. A refund for the extra days I should not have paid for is clearly needed here
Wait times to get set up initially is also very long/hard to organise. Need an indoor and an outdoor engineer to come at different times? Faff
