"Used to be good, now terrible. "
Used to be good, were able to call, do live chat. Now, they are no way of contacting, it takes them 20-30 days to reply back via email. Their wifi has significant problem with random disconnections across multiple flats in the building, but they dont seem to care. I am using way more advanced 3rd party router since they cannot provide highger standard like wifi 6e or 7. I am not afraid to say it, but I think this company become trash.

"Quick and helpful service and good internet"
Kristina was prompt, helpful, offered me competitive prices and got the account up and running as I wanted and when I wanted. The only slight issue was that it turned out there was already an active account at this address, which I feel should have been noticed and pointed out. However, it took very little time to resolve this too and get the new account correctly up and running. Internet seems fast and consistent so overall I'm pretty happy.

I have been with Hyperoptic since 2021 and I have not faced any major issues and whenever I face small issues then the customer service is very good to resolve it quickly. The speed is very good as well

"Really bad"
Really bad experience here. Got my router installed 10 days ago and it still doesn't work. I've called customer support several times, and they keep saying it'll be working in 24 hours - but nothing happens. The support staff can't tell me what's wrong and can't even connect me with someone who might know more about the problem.
I'm stuck waiting with no idea when it'll actually work, and I've had to buy extra data just to do my job from home. Will change provider.
