Honestly a horrible experience so far, I can't argue with their new build deals, but what does it matter if they can't provide me a service?
There is a problem with their installation, and I've been waiting for more than a month for them to actually fix it, most of which where nothing seemed to be happening and I just kept (and still keep) getting told they'll update me. I've repeatedly asked for time frames and stated that it's really getting urgent after this much time, but still nothing.
I understand problems happen, installations go wrong, but if you can't even send an engineer for over a month, it's a horrible response. I've been holding out for the good deal, but I work from home and have to consider cancelling just to actually get a service from someone.
Really awful incident response.

Scam company.they falsely advertising services what is doesn't exist.i have been bought the 1 gb net with Wi-Fi max before Christmas. They promised quick installation. I had been book 3 times but nobody turned up.in my 4th call they said the site is not ready,only 90 percent.
In the last 2 months nothing have done I still without Internet but I have a 2 year contract for a product what is not exist.
Customer service is just a joke.
Thay even can't contact they own managers on the site for 2 months.its just ridiculous.

Stefan Kiryakov (13155) was our engineer to set up our wifi services. He very graciously came in a day early, because he found himself nearby on another job, and started the setup for everything. He then kept the same appointment the next day to make sure everything was where we needed/wanted it, gave us a booster so both floors of the business was able to access the wifi effortlessly and explained what he had done. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know in detail. He was also a very nice man and was a pleasure to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend.

"Where is my voucher?"
On signing up for Hyperoptic in October, I was entitled to a £50 voucher. Numerous calls and an email via their contact centre later I still haven't received my voucher despite being told 2 weeks ago that I would receive my voucher as I had more than past the time when I should have received it. I have just called again today to be told I should get the voucher but they are very busy. Companies really should not promise what they cannot deliver. I am still waiting for the form to be sent to me or you can just look on my account and see the form that I have already filled in as stated above.
