"My first contact with Hyperoptic"

My first contact with Hyperoptic as I'm moving to a flat and they're the only broadband providers. The website didn't work and told me to call a number. It was picked up very quickly by Nadja L, who quickly and efficiently ran through the options and set up my account. I haven't actually used the broadband yet but customer service so far is very good.

Customer service is a joke.
At first I thought I was getting somewhere and after nearly a month since initial contact I still can't do what's needed to be done because they do not answer.
The account holder was my father but unfortunately he passed. So I called them to let them know and they said send a copy of his certificate and they will take it from there. Easy enough I thought.
I've emailed them over 4 times the same information. I've called back after an email to my father's account which they know has passed saying it sounds like the issue I had was resolved and told them it wasn't resolved and the line went dead. I emailed again no response and even went to Facebook messenger and so far been waiting an hour for an agent.
