In the multiple times I have called Hyperoptic their customer service has been immediate and excellent. Of particular excellence was Marko Krstic, who was honest, forthright, friendly and really helpful. His diligence was instrumental in getting me to be a Hyperoptic customer.

I will continue to post 0/5 stars as I still have a 6 month ticket ongoing with no resolution.
I pay 1000mbps and receive 1mbps.
Do not reply to this review with the typical "we have sent you an email respond with the details".
I have added my Case Number reply with the date I will get a response from Bogdan Zivkovic who has closed the case without resolution - you have my details on the case number so please be a company who care about customers who pay the premium for the highest speeds but in return get nothing.

Easy sign up, installation was completely painless. Engineer was willing to work with me and accommodate my requests with 0 hassle. Service activated on the same day things were installed and has worked perfectly.

"Hyperoptics has terrible communication and shady billing practices."
They claim they notified me on January 19th that my contract was ending, but I never received any email. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide proof. Instead, on January 14th, I got an SMS stating that a new tenant had requested their services at my former address, and my service would end. Their new contract starts on January 28th, yet Hyperoptics is charging both me and the new tenant for the same period from January 28th to February 19th. To make matters worse, every response came from a different person who hadn’t read the email history, forcing me to explain the issue repeatedly. The communication failures, unreliable automated emailing system, and questionable billing practices make this company completely untrustworthy. I cannot recommend Hyperoptics to anyone.
