Stefan Kiryakev 13155 was amazing. Hyperoptic had us booked in for later on in the week but Stefan popped into our office 3 days earlier because he was in the area. Our internet was down due to damaged wiring. He managed to repair the wire within a matter of 2 hours and got our internet back up and running. He was super friendly and efficient.

Fast network, but not the cheapest. Not great customer support, and a fairly bad chat interface you need to use to request help.
I will switch to another fibre provider as soon as my contract ends.
