Some coordinators are terrific -- for example, we had a particularly great experience with the Customer Experience team in Boston, and our local coordinator is kind and warm-heared. That said, the matching process feels a lot like dating websites from the 10s, mixed with a level of bureaucracy that reminds one of US government (2-3 week wait times to hear back from our matching coordinator, etc.). The roster of people one deals with seems to be constantly rotating. It sometimes feels like you need a lot of hope and faith to keep you going through the process with this agency.
