Registering with Cultural Care and finding our au pair has been such an easy and fun experience! It was a little overwhelming at first to see all of the information required for our host family profile, but it made me think critically about our family and our needs. The search function was very easy to use and the detail required for the au pairs' profiles was very helpful. I thought the like/connect/match process was well executed- it seemed to help keep conversations active. Our local representatives were incredibly helpful and responsive as well. We're so excited to set off on this new journey!

"No support once matched"

Fine in facilitating a match but unhelpful in getting my au pair to my city. I am due with a baby when my au pair arrives. It is not possible for me to have myself or my husband to commit to a 5 hr round trip to go get my au pair. We live 7 mins from corpus airport.. how about making an exception for a lady who is in the hospital having a baby. I am paying the 9k program fee and you can’t pay the extra $100 to ensure she gets to me. I have no way of sending someone from the family out of the city to get her. Awful customer support here.

"A bid decision simplified"

Embarking on such a big decision felt overwhelming at a time when our family was already overloaded by the need for childcare assistance. Then the call came from our matching specialist. He helped select some possible matches from a brief interview and the first person we interviewed--although we met with others--was the match for us! Our local consultant helped guide us through the steps to finalizing our match and making our dream of bringing an au pair into our family a reality. We cannot wait to welcome our au pair!

We just matched with our sixth au pair through Cultural Care. They are professional, organized and provide everything we need to select the right au pair for our family. Our childcare stress is so much lower than it used to be and our au pairs are loving members of our family.

"Quite a difference so far"

Quite a difference so far from another Au-Pair agency.
We have been with a different agency for 4 previous au-pairs and it has been frustrating to contact someone usually. The community coordinator does not even exist much of the time and the higher ups probably got tired.
With Cultural Care we have been getting regular contact from the CC before we even chose the au-pair. Hopefully everything will continue going smoothly.

The website is not user friendly AT ALL. Every step, from login, to searching to matching is horrible. An ap would make things much easier
