Lucia was great. Very helpful. I did not like that almost all the au pairs I tried to connect with rejected a connection. Maybe it's because I have three kids? Or live in the middle of the country? But it was more than my past. Makes it tough!

Host families be aware of the Au Pair you are getting and the documents presented​ by Cultural Care are more than likely a lie if your AP is in a rematch. Our AP assaulted​ me, my child​, and ​ performed child neglect, and abuse yet they allowed her to go to another family. They offered a "refund" of unused funds if I signed a NDA. They are trying to sweep their malpractices under the rug by keeping families quiet. If you go on various FAcebook pages you will find the hundreds of other families they did it to as well. They reward the AP for bad practices as they make money off of them being in the program. They do no care about the host families at all even though we are paying all the agency fees to keep the business running. Be VERY careful when you select them for your agency and do not trust any of the vetting they do for the Au Pairs as ours was all a lie.

We have had an amazing experience with every part of the program except our LCC. She is sweet and has great intentions but plans things at the last minute and it’s not things that our au pairs have really wanted to do.

Tive uma ótima experiência com o suporte da Cultural Care, desde o início do processo. Sempre teve alguém para tirar minhas duvidas e me ajudar quando tive problemas. Estou entrando no meu segundo ano de aupair e estou com uma família maravilhosa.

Everyone I spoke to at Cultural Care was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have no complaints about my experience. They’ve made it easy to navigate the au pair program as a first timer and I definitely feel supported

"Nicht zu empfehlen"

Diese Agentur ist leider nur Pro Gasteltern, als Au pair ist man da leider nichts Wert.
Nach einem Vorfall mit den Gasteltern wurde unsere Tochter von ihnen einen Tag später mit Sack und Pack vor die Tür gesetzt und war 2 Tage quasi obdachlos. Zum Glück konnte sie bei einem befreundeten au pair unterkommen, nach 2 Tagen konnte sie dann bei einer LCC provisorisch übernachten. Die Agentur hat dann 5 Tage beraten müssen ob sie in ein Rematch kommen kann und sich dann für einen kurzerhand gebuchten Heimflug und einen damit verbundenen Abbruch ihres Au pair Jahres entschieden. Nicht nur dass ihre berufliche Zukunft damit zerstört ist, unsere Tochter ist seitdem psychisch total labil, Albträume begleiten ihre Nacht, weil sie sich noch nicht mal von ihrem ins Herz geschlossen Gastkind verabschieden konnte. Ihr großer Traum ist sozusagen geplatzt und sie muss in ihren jungen Jahren diesen herben Rückschlag verarbeiten. Wir als Eltern haben noch viel Aufbauarbeit vor uns…
Wir hätten uns von der Agentur gewünscht dass sie mit den Gasteltern geredet hätten dass man so mit einem in den USA doch noch minderjährigen Mädchen (19) nicht verfahren kann und ihr eine 2. Chance in einem Rematch gegeben hätte. Aber mit dem Rausschmiss aus dem Programm und dem damit gebuchten Rückflug war dieses Thema für die Agentur ganz schnell aus der Welt geschafft. Es gibt scheinbar auch Agenturen die mehr für ihre Schützlinge da ist, aber diese ist es definitiv NICHT.
