I have just moved up to 7.5ml dose and in my third month of using the Mounjaro.
I am positive about the product and am losing weight which I am happy about.
The medication does not seem to kick in until about 24 hours after injection. Then appetite is suppressed for 3-4 days then starts to wear off and I feel regular hunger for the last couple of days until the next injection.
My symptoms are indigestion, significant burping and flatulence in the peak 3-4 days but ok outside that.
In terms of Medexpress they are ok other than chasing up your next order only a week after starting a new one. They should know your four week plan and only contact you when its time to reorder.

I received a delivery and the box was damaged and unsealed. I have asked Medexpress to replace the pen as I am not happy using a pen that has potentially been tampered with and they have ignored all subsequent emails chasing up and haven't responded to me calling. I will be ordering elsewhere going forward. Very bad customer service.

Then I went to a plato moment and nothing happened.I decided to to the 5 kilograms and iv now lost 10kilos..So my journey not quite there yet but slowly going the right way.

Ordered my first course of we govey from them at 0.25 my starting dose. This was after I sent all the bmi proof and pictures. Found that dose in effective. Went to order the 2nd dose at .50 mg but it wouldn't let me order. Would only let me order 0.25 my if I said I hadn't taken weight loss injections before. So I paid for the order and left a note saying I was unable to order the correct dose and could they send the correct one. They took the money and sent the ineffective dose again.
