I do think you give more advice than the company I used before and you get in touch giving support if needed and would recommend MedExpress, I would have gave 5⭐️ but mix up with my order

3rd month with them and been very happy with service/delivery. Managed to get a discount on first order and recieved a £40 credit on my 3rd order when someone used my code. Only issue was initial pictures declined 3 times delaying for over a week.

Order placed 10 days ago and still not despatched can't get through on char and not answering emails or phone will nit use again

Placed order for weight loss injection , previously ordered before with minor hiccups
Paid money and received email approx an hour after with additional questions. No problem
Then nothing. 4 days it says it can take to process order. 4th day phoned to ask if being processed or being refunded.
Whilst waiting for phone to be answered the system states there is 9 minute wait. Ok no problem 43 minutes later my call was answered
Girl I spoke to said order still being processed I questioned why unable to answer
Asked if there was problem so told if I received email with additional questions that would start 4 day process once again. Explained that it was within hour of ordering so try to find another excuse
Here is the disturbing bit. According to girl I spoke with they cannot transfer calls to other departments, they do not have phone numbers for other departments and they cannot tell you why order been delayed Even asked for customer services. That apparently doesn’t exist either
Also unable to contact customers to explain why things delayed yet which to email when want you to order with them again
Can you really trust a pharmaceutical company that does not have numbers or any way of contacting different departments Scary or what
No sign of refund or my order been 4.5 days and no updates other that standard emails after I have contacted them saying it can take four days.
