"Steer clear "

Well, decided to use med express for the first time. Processed my request and on the website states quick dispatch, which was great as I wanted to start my weight loss journey straight away, I then received an email querying my medication, which was fine with me, I chased and was told that there was a back log and to allow a further few days. I emailed and was told to wait further. I received a dispatched notice and had to wait a further few days, finally it arrived but was missing the sharps box, so had to email again. The sharps box took a week further to arrive. As a first time customer I feel that the service has been awful. I emailed twice since then and have been ignored as I cannot see my GP has been notified either. Which states on your website that they do this? My GP has had no contact.
