Great experience in Brentwood, High Street shop. Quick delivery slot on the day we chose ( weekend). Delivery was on schedule and letting us know when they were 25 minutes from delivery. They went above and beyond accessing our alley and bringing our fridge freezer into our house through an awkward door. Highly professional and a credit to your team. Thank you

Purchased a free standing cooker for my mother who 98 deliverd in afternoon did ask for morning due to her age. Deliverd and installed Ok minimal fuss, unfortunately top oven would not stay alight. Fitter said he had fixed it and left. Not fixed so contacted store who put us in touch with service who agreed to come our today and asked my wife to contact service at 9am who would give approx time. My mother is 98 deaf . They turned up before my wife could phone said it was fixed , when my wife arrived not fixed , rude indivudual in service blamed my mother said she couldnt turn the knobs , unfortunately it was my wife who tested it. Agreed to come tommorrow no guarantees of a fix and they want us to phone them to find a time, not acceptable need to get a grip on customer service.

Second visit made by engineer who was rude and obnoxious blamed everone else except the equipment and left . Grill still not operating correctly i have now been to property and the grill is not lighting correctly. They have been informed but no response yet
