Jack Lay was incredibly proffesional and helpful following up promptly and informatively with a call which gave further colour to an already detailed report. Dealing with C&C couldn't have been easier answering the questions I had before I could ask them. Their costs are very competitive and their timelines to get into properties and have the report back to you cannot be beaten! Warm recommendation from me.

"Could be better"

Very detailed description and advice on the property but did not look into the roof loft as they didn’t come with equipment. When I raised the issue was told to hire the ladder and pay the re inspection. Very sad they didn’t do that and quick to send me a copy of the Rci guidelines claiming it was unsafe. Competitive price but could miss something very important. Not very pleased at all
