We used C&C for your building survey and found them to be efficient and good value for money. They were also good with communication and usually provided a response quite quickly.
Whilst we were impressed, the report we received contained a number of errors that we had to be requested to be corrected and took a little while to do so. It was also clear that elements of the report were just a standard copy and paste hence the 3* rating, it not they would have received 4*.
