Really prompt and thorough. Made it really clear from the get go when it would be appropriate to have a survey done. Other companies tried to sell their services regardless of our circumstances. C&C made it clear not to go through with a survey until our mortgage was approved. This, to us, showed a level of integrity you wouldn't get everywhere.
The survey was completed and the report was clear to understand and sent through in 3 days. This gave lots of detail - as first time buyers it was reassuring to read.
