They made the entire process so easy for me. We managed to book the survey in really quickly and they got the report back to me in 2 days. It was a great service and would use again.

"AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS"

Avoid using this company at all costs and DO NOT be swayed by price or convenience. The surveyor came to the detached 4 bed property for a building survey and spent barely 2 hours there. Even the vendor remarked on how 'cheeky' it was for him to stroll around the property barely doing anything after she had been asked to take a day off work. The surveyor took a few measly pictures and pasted some generic information in a report. The report was rushed, sloppy and underwhelming. When I challenged this via email I was emailed a load of excuses and then eventually told by Alaa Ali that they "did not have time to keep going over my concerns". They mentioned that the surveyor was there for more than two hours which can be proven by a picture that was taken before he knocked on the door. Absolute nonsense. THEY COULD NOT EVEN SPELL MY NAME CORRECTLY IN THE CORRESPONDENCE PROVIDED TO ME! So it is really to no surprise that the survey itself was very undesirable. FIND A COMPANY THAT CAN DO A GOOD JOB! A house is the biggest purchase of your life and you need to take the time to get the right company. I do not recommend this company at all!

C & C Surveying were absolutely magnificent to deal with. Quotations were provided promptly and were competitive compared to other companies. I was given site visit timeframes of greater than a month from other companies who were much more expensive. C & C Surveying managed to arrange a site visit of the property within a week (which was nothing short of a miracle in the during the pandemic and nearing Christmas) of my quotation and then shortly after delivered a homebuyer report which was detailed but easy to understand for lay person such as myself.
All in all I would definitely recommend C & C Surveying and will definitely be calling them should I plan to put in an offer for another property. Thank You!

We had two surveys done on 2 separate houses. Both were delivered within 5 days and were very extensive. The survey helped us to decide whether to carry on with our purchase and I would highly recommend using C&C Surveying. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful, especially the surveyor who explained the survey in more detail over the phone. Very happy!

I organised a home buyers survey with C and C Surveying due to their availability just before Christmas which was subsequently cancelled on the day by the seller of the house because her son came down ill and had potential covid symptoms and didn't want to risk it.
This was then rescheduled for a month later which I've had to cancel (with 3 weeks notice) due to time constraints.

Even though it is not my fault, C and C are still charging me 50% of the fee.
Although it states in their terms and conditions - I think they need to be more considerate in this current climate.

A clear and efficient process. Report is clearly laid out and relatively easy to read. However, some of the jargon used could be made clearer as to what this means.
