Super friendly and helpful team (especially Lyndis), transparent with prices and delivered the survey on time. Lewis carried out the survey. He was kind enough to call straight after the visit to give a heads up about a defect with the property. He then provided a thorough report and spent time talking through our numerous queries. As first time buyers, the team made this unknown and slightly daunting process a whole lot easier for us. I'd be more than happy to use them again in future.

excellent service received my 46 page report on Friday late evening (4 working days) just made my weekend!
Emma was 5 stars in her customer service and i feel you get what you paid for, I was keen to get my home buyer report booked and done before a potential second lock down and C&C delivered the report cost me £110 more then a competitor quote however it was worth it as time is of a essence during the current climate so worth paying.

Survey was completed on time and the report came within the specified time. Report was thorough and it uncovered a few problems (and one big problem) that we are now haggling over with the seller! Plus we got an amazingly helpful follow up call from the surveyor which shed some light on some questions we had.

Both Lyndis and Abbie were very responsive both on the phone and email. I even went to them with comparable quotes that I had received and they were able to provide a discount to near price match. We had a very short deadline to meet with getting the surveys carried out and they worked very hard to fit me in for an earlier slot. The report was carried out and received within the 5 day window that was promised. Overall the report was good, I would have preferred more detail and less generalisation across the age of the home, however that being said I would recommend them for great service overall!
