"Called and ordered bed"

Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.

Painful experience. We are so regretful of ever doing business with Personal Comfort. The warranty service is slow, inaccurate, delayed, unprofessional and we are still waiting for our refund on the unneeded pump/control system they sent to us. We would like to hear from anyone with similar experience at EPTS @ aol

"Best quality air bed on the market "

This is our 2nd Personal Comfort mattress. Before purchasing I had wanted to try an adjustable air bed with base. I did a whole bunch of research and decided to give PC a try. We LOVED the mattress and base. What do I love... The bed is in my opinion, the best quality on the market. The sides are sturdy when you sit, you do not sink down to the base. Also you don't feel like you're going to bounce out of the bed when rolling over (like the competitor.) The top of the mattress unzips for cleaning and adjusting comforter layers. The bottom unzips so you can replace any part of the bed, if needed and the bed has 45 adjustment settings! We just upgraded from a Queen (5yrs, still in excellent condition) to a split King. Wow! Wish I had done that sooner. Anyway if you are tired of regular mattresses that aren't giving you a bang for your buck, give this company a try. You won't regret it.

I got all my items except the in home setup. Personal Comfort I would recommend to anyone because of quality, understanding and patience. And issues they get back to you right away. 1-2 days tops.

Pieces missing from order.. Called and left message and never received a call back... Headboard predrilled holes didn't line up.. Don't even think we received the right bed.. Oh well, live and learn.. Will shop elsewhere and not recommend them..
