Service was friendly and delivery pretty fast. I was a little disappointed in the pro-rated %. I've have my mattress 5 years and the new air bladder was pro-rated 50%. On a 25 year warranty, that seems a little out of proportion. I asked the service rep what the % proration would be at 20-25 years and he said 10%. That's so low it is practically insignificant, which in my mind makes the "25 year warranty" misleading. My 2 cents

Everything went smooth until the last part. I had to wait 8 days from the time the beds were dropped off in pallets to having the people come to put them together. That was not cool.

Customer Service also worked with me on the in-home setup and delivery. We navigated through the process with good results. They went out of their way to make us happy.
As for the bed we purchased, it was everything we hoped for and more. After 30 years with a Sleep Number mattress, we needed an upgrade. After comparing it with the Personal Comfort bed, Personal Comfort had a much better product and a much lower price. The adjustable base works great and we have enjoyed many nights of wonderful sleep on our new bed.
We couldn't be more satisfied with the company and its products.

"Very good bed"

Received the bed and adjustable frame in good time. Be sure and ask how the frame is being shipped - mine was shipped on a 53 ft van trailer and there's no where to turn a truck that size around on the road I live on. Driver called the morning of delivery and he and I agreed to meet at a convenient location and offload onto my pickup, which worked perfectly! Driver was extremely nice and helpful. Frame and bed is very easy to put together. I did have an issue with a leaking air chamber. Easy to determine if it was a pump or air chamber issue and once determined - a replacement was sent out and delivered quickly. Was fairly easy to replace the air chamber. My wife and I have slept on the bed since and have enjoyed having the flexibility of adjusting one side from the other. This is the only split head Queen mattress out there which is a huge plus due to a smaller bedroom. Bed is comfortable - does not sleep hot and looks great!

"I called Personnel Comfort just before Christmas"

I called Personnel Comfort just a couple weeks before Christmas and ordered an A5 Queen for my wife as a present. I thought it wouldn't make it for Christmas and even told my wife she probably wouldn't get it till Jan. or Feb. well it surprised me and arrived a few days before Christmas, and was packaged beautifully in a custom zippered bag which I promptly stuck a bow on and set by the tree. My wife is still getting used to it but I think she is going to love hers as much as I love my A4 California King. She had bought a Seely, very expensive, 14 inch mattress and didn't like it, couldn't sleep on it, hurt in the morning had insomnia and hadn't slept a full night in a couple years. On her 3rd night on the new Personnel Comfort bed, she slept the entire night without waking up, she absolutely couldn't believe it! we are looking for the perfect number for her and I have no doubt she will find it soon.

"2nd Personal Comfort bed purchase"

This is my 2nd Personal Comfort bed purchase. The packaging and setup was a lot easier on this 2nd bed. The only thing I do not like as much as the 1st bed that we purchased is that they were both the A8 beds and the 2nd one does not have the quilted to. It has the flat top and this is just a preference thing. I just wish you had the option. Shipment of the bed did take a little longer with the 2nd bed also, but I am sure it was due to Christmas.
