"Best bed I have ever owned"

Best bed I have ever owned. I have used everything from waterbed to memory foam. My back pain went away within two days of using it. Support was excellent, even after using the bed for the past 5 years. My bed suddenly developed a leak. They shipped a new mattress honoring their warranty in no time.

Kaitlyn A jumped back on my request and got a replacement set of sheets sent out quickly. I appreciate that she upgraded the sheets to the next level. Had the upgraded sheets before and they also ripped in the same place. Haven't used the new sheets yet as the whole in the other set has only increased to 4 inches and still can be used for a while. In the future going to wash the new sheets on gentle maybe that will help.

"Ordering was easy, problems later"

Ordering was easy, with no pressure or problems. Problems were after order placed. Was not notified when order was shipped so it just showed up at more door one day, had to call twice for the installers, wasn't told bed no longer came with a remote, installer had a hard time connecting the pump. Even though bed was delivered and installed, my account showed order was still in process so had to call again to get that corrected to make sure warranty was in effect.
Otherwise I do like the bed.

Customer service is exceptional! I had a leak in one of the air bladders, they got one to me within a week. Fast & friendly. My neighbor got a Sleep Number bed, he has many problems and has paid more in the long run than I paid for my Personal Comfort!!

"I had a problem with one side of queen…"

I had a problem with one side of queen mattress going flat when the bed was elevated. It was suggested that I increase to pressure to 50 disconnect the air pump and see if it held. The pressure held and it was decided that I probable needed a new air pump. After receiving the new air pump, the one side would stiff deflate. So it was determined that it was probable the bladder. The new bladder has been working fine.

Great customer service once I figured out where to start.

Would be a 5 star review but the instructions for the new pressure control box we purchased were a bit confusing and forget the app as it just screwed everything up.

Wish the wireless controllers would tell you what the actual pressure of the bed is.
