I have been having problems since before I received the bed and nobody seems to want to do anything for us. We have been talking to Lonnie and giving him plenty of time to get this fixed or to come up with some kind of resolution. Still waiting!

The bed arrived earlier than expected and we set it up in 90 minutes. I was concerned about the lack of a remote control but the free app I downloaded to my iphone works fine I just need to learn how to use it. My husband and I are in our 70's and by night 3 we were able to figure out our magic numbers for the best sleep. We've had 2 Sleep Number beds over the years and this bed is more comfortable.
